Il prezzo era aumentato di oltre 150 euro in quanto l'impegata si era ripetutamente sbagliata ad inserire le date e i nomi dei contraenti. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni vengo pure sbeffeggiato dal direttore della filiale, che oltre a dare consigli inutili e impossibili da applicare alla ragazza allo sportello, mi ricorda che il preventivo, scritto dalla sua impiegata, non aveva alcuna valenza contrattuale. Risultato? Mattinata buttata dentro la filiale e oltre 100 euro in più all'anno di polizza. LACK OF SERIOUSNESS.
