Entro in filiale: l'addetto ai privati con la porta del suo ufficio aperta stava bestemmiando letteralmente perché aveva difficoltà con la stampante dicendomi che non aveva tempo per nessuno. Il collega mi accoglie dicendomi che se non avevo appuntamento non potevo chiedere nemmeno un'informazione, mi ha liquidato in un minuto... se questi sono i presupposti! Per fortuna volevo portare i risparmi, figuriamoci se chiedevo un prestito ?
