Purtroppo la colpa non Γ¨ nemmeno dei ragazzi e ragazze che vi lavorano ma della gestione in generale. Mai piΓΉ.

β β β β β L'addetta con cui avevo appuntamento alle 15, sollecitata da una sua collega ("il cliente ti aspetta") alle 15.15, non si fa vedere, non mi riceve, non si scusa e da lontano dice"Devo fare un'altra cosa". Un altro addetto, vedendomi irritato, si offre di sostituirla e risolve la questione. Ma c'Γ¨ un superiore gerarchico che interviene in questi casi?
I ritardi sono sempre possibili, ma ci si scusa, ci si giustifica, si parla direttamente con il cliente (" Abbia pazienza, un imprevisto..." o altro)
The assistant I had an appointment with at 3 pm, urged by a colleague of hers ("the customer is waiting for you") at 3.15 pm, does not show up, does not receive me, does not apologize and from a distance says "I have to do something else" . Another employee, seeing me irritated, offers to replace her and resolves the matter. But is there a superior who intervenes in these cases?
Delays are always possible, but we apologize, justify ourselves, speak directly with the customer ("Be patient, an unexpected event ..." or other)
