★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipendenti svogliati,poco inclini ad andare incontro al cliente..quasi maleducati..in particolare uno di loro..dovevo chiudere un conto e passare i soldi su un altro conto della stessa Mps ma nel momento in cui ho pronunciato la parola "chiudere" il dipendente ha smesso di farmi finire le frasi,non mi lasciava parlare,non mi ha fatto fare alcuna operazione prima di chiudere il conto..ho chiesto se potevo prendere i soldi contanti e mi ha detto no..ho chiesto di poter pagare il bollo auto direttamente dal conto prima di chiuderlo e ha detto no..mentre invece avrei potuto farlo!Mi dice che l'unico modo è fare un bonifico sull'altro conto,(sempre MPS,quindi interno)dico ok!sono passati 12 GG e ancora il bonifico non è arrivato.. è sconvolgente e frustrante pensare che queste persone percepiscono un buono stipendio e non fanno nulla x meritarselo...Poi si straniscono se i clienti decidono di chiudere il conto!???
Listless employees, unwilling to go to meet the customer .. almost rude .. in particular one of them .. I had to close an account and pass the money to another account of the same MPS but when I said the word "close" the employee stopped making me finish the sentences, he didn't let me speak, he didn't let me do anything before closing the account..I asked if I could take the cash and he said no..I asked to be able to pay the car tax directly from the account before closing it and he said no .. while I could have done it! He tells me that the only way is to make a transfer to the other account, (always MPS, therefore internal) I say ok! 12 GG have passed and still the transfer has not arrived .. it is shocking and frustrating to think that these people receive a good salary and do nothing to deserve it ... Then they get estranged if the customers decide to close the account! ???
