★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado a ritirare un pacco alle 17 meno 5, orario di chiusura loro ore 17. La signora mi dice che è chiuso nonostante su vari siti (e su Google) siano indicati orari diversi (17.30 e 18.00). Anche la mail UPS riportava orario diverso. Mi tocca tornare un altro giorno per questa mancanza di gentilezza e rispetto.
Risposta a commento del proprietario: ma quale emergenza?! La signora ha risposto alla mia compagna con supponenza mentre non aveva ancora chiuso la serranda! Non ho trovato chiuso, abbiamo trovato "in chiusura" e ci è stato negato il ritiro del pacco. Lavoriamo tutti e gradiremmo, pertanto, più comprensione. Domani mi tocca partire da Cerveteri per venire appositamente un'altra volta.
I go to pick up a package at 5 to 5 pm, their closing time is 5 pm. The lady tells me that it is closed despite the fact that different times are indicated on various sites (and on Google) (17.30 and 18.00). The UPS email also reported a different time. I have to come back another day for this lack of kindness and respect.
Response to the owner's comment: but what emergency ?! The lady replied to my partner with arrogance while she had not yet closed the shutter! I did not find it closed, we found "in closing" and we were denied the withdrawal of the package. We all work and would therefore like more understanding. Tomorrow I have to leave Cerveteri to come on purpose another time.
