J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo zero stelle, entro e non vengo nemmeno salutato, avevo prenotato un appuntamento per chiedere un mutuo, il direttore dopo diverso tempo che aspettavo, mi ha accolto sbuffando dicendomi che la prenotazione online non era valida e che dovevo riprenotare da loro per il mese dopo, perdendo 2 giorni di lavoro inutilmente I would have put zero stars, within and I am not even greeted, I had booked an appointment to ask for a mortgage, the manager after waiting for some time, welcomed me with a snort and told me that the online booking was not valid and that I had to rebook from them for the month later, losing 2 days of work unnecessarily
s	sabrina moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile, chiamo la filiale di cerveteri e non rispondono mia mamma sta aspettando che le accreditano la pensione dal 01/06 e ancora non le è stata accreditata perché è c'è stata la festa di mezzo e avendo una carta ricaricabile le accrediteranno la pensione per ultima. It is not possible, I call the cerveteri branch and they do not answer my mother is waiting for the pension to be credited to her from 01/06 and she has not yet been credited because there was a party in the middle and having a rechargeable card they will credit her pension last.

Il direttore Andrea è una persona molto disponibile che cerca di venire incontro come meglio può alle esigenze del cliente. I went to several banks but I had never found the availability, professionalism and above all the clarity found in this branch. The manager Andrea is a very helpful person who tries to meet the customer's needs as best he can.
