Con il massimo grado di scortesia, andando contro sia le procedure della banca che l'ordine dei carabinieri, non voleva accettare la mia denuncia di truffa tramite utilizzo dei dati di carta di credito, prima screditandomi telefonicamente con un collega adibito alle pratiche di riscossione, per poi commentando apertamente a me, che gli avevo fatto notare che la denuncia dei carabinieri era un atto ufficiale, con le testuali parole: "io non le rimborso nulla.
