★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione da cliente che disperatamente cerca di avere chiarezza sui movimenti del conto: i numeri publicati sono inesistenti; poi neanche al telefono che precedentemente mi hanno contattato risponde nessuno; non si riesce a prendere un appuntamento via telefono prima che uno si è costretto ad andare personalmente in filiale che ovviamente chiede dell'appuntamento.
Review from a customer who desperately tries to have clarity on the movements of the account: the published numbers are non-existent; then not even on the phone that previously contacted me nobody answers; it is not possible to make an appointment by phone before one is forced to go personally to the branch who obviously asks for an appointment.
