Il mio mutuo era sul 70% del valore dell'immobile, che per loro evidentemente vuol dire: poracci che non hanno soldi. Mi fanno lasciare un numero di telefono perché il/la consulente in quel momento non c'era. Senza contare che dentro la filiale c'erano almeno 4-5 persone che girovagavano e si scambiavano battute.
Pensate che mi hanno intanto fatto parlare con un family banker? No.
Pensate che il mio numero sia arrivato a chi di dovere? Non penso.
Pensate che mi abbiano mai richiamato dopo settimane? No.
Cambiate lavoro se pensate solo ai vostri compensi personali e non al cliente...altro che la banca che gira intorno a te.
I go to ask a family banker for advice, and I also add the need to know mortgage rates to possibly turn on one. Change jobs if you think only of your personal compensation and not the customer ... other than the bank that revolves around you.
