★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da premettere che do una sola stella solo per il direttore che c 'era oggi in sostituzione del sign Antonello, persona squisita!! Mi reco stamattina con mia figlia piccola in banca a Vietri sul Mare per cambiare un assegno e far presente a delle anomalie riguardo a delle commissioni eccessive!!! Il signor Alfonso allo sportello è stato gentilissimo e in nemmeno 10 minuti mi ha cambiato l'assegno, fin quando non mi sono recato nell' ufficio del direttore per chiedere spiegazioni!!! Arrivato la ha esordito dicendomi di aver sbagliato a cliccare nel prelievo scegliendo un ' altra opzione!!! Ok fin qua ci siamo ma poi ha iniziato discorsi assurdi nel dire che era la prima volta che si presentava una situazione del genere e ke molto probabile il direttore precedente mi aveva venduto qualche pacchetto molto costoso! E già questa è una cosa tristissima parlare di un tuo collega in questo modo...ma la cosa più eclatante arriva quando mi ha detto di non dover pagare l' autostrada con la carta perché sbagliavo.. a questo punto dopo aver chiesto più volte il perchè si è irritato e con grande arroganza e ignoranza in materia l' unica cosa che sapeva ripetermi e che avevo torto e ke sbagliavo io.. A questo punto visto che non aveva capito un bel niente del problema, mi sono alzato e andato via. Recatomi nella filiale di Cava De tirreni mi hanno risolto il problema in 15 minuti

And this is already a very sad thing to talk about a colleague of yours in this way ... but the most striking thing comes when he told me not to have to pay the highway with the card because I was wrong .. at this point after having asked several times the reason he was irritated and with great arrogance and ignorance on the subject the only thing he knew how to repeat to me and that I was wrong and I was wrong .. At this point, seeing that he had understood nothing about the problem, I got up and left . I went to the Cava De Tirreni branch and they solved the problem in 15 minutes
