Un' esperienza spiacevole, purtroppo, il customer service che ho ricevuto da tale individuo in questa filiale lascia molto a desiderare, sono abituata a standard di professionalita' ben diversa. E' imbarazzante per l' Italia intera! Dobbiamo imparare ad avere amore e rispetto per il prossimo e non aggressivita', toni condiscendenti ed evitare di fare maleducate insinuazioni.
I dealt with an office worker who I found aggressive pushy and rude. An unpleasant experience, unfortunately, the customer service I received from this individual in this branch leaves much to be desired, I am used to very different standards of professionalism. It is embarrassing for the whole of Italy! We must learn to have love and respect for others and not aggression, condescending tones and avoid making rude insinuations.
