M	Monia Starace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per prenotare si passa una vita al telefono : quando nn è occupato ovviamente ti fanno squillare libero per 35 minuti. Poi mi risponde una signora che parla con me credendo che io sia una sua collega e quando le spiego l'equivoco, mi prende in giro dicendomi che ho sbagliato numero e mi attacca con la scusa di dirottarmi al CUP! I bambini nn devono ricevere questo trattamento! To book, you spend a lifetime on the phone: when it's not busy they obviously make you ring free for 35 minutes. Then a lady answers me who talks to me believing that I am a colleague of hers and when I explain the misunderstanding, she teases me by telling me that I have the wrong number and attacks me with the excuse of diverting me to the CUP! Children don't have to receive this treatment!

Chi ti manda a una stanza vai e ti rimandano indietro perché a loro non risulta..chi dice che devi fare una visita chi dice di no.. personalmente mi hanno dato una cartella clinica per un'altra..penosi veramente. E cordialità zero. Sotto la suola delle scarpe!!! Painful. The only painful child Jesus. Zero organization even among their doctors. They don't know what they have to do either! Whoever sends you to a room you go and they send you back because they don't know .. who says you have to pay a visit who says no .. personally they gave me a medical record for another .. really suffer. And zero friendliness. Under the sole of the shoes !!!

L'ingresso alla struttura, come da cartello esposto, è consentito ad un solo accompagnatore, alla richiesta di spiegazioni del perché ad alcune coppie di genitori fosse concesso di entrare ed altri no hanno accampato le seguenti motivazioni/scuse: - pazienti disabili ( non ne ho visti) - permessi ad personam dai medici (credibilità zero) A me ed altri hanno vietato l'accesso, in compenso ho visto comitive di genitori uscire serenamente in compagnia dei loro piccoli. Un ospedale di prestigio meriterebbe un biglietto da visita diverso. Upon acceptance there are two ladies who could happily devote themselves to something else. The entrance to the structure, as per the displayed sign, is allowed to only one companion, at the request for explanations of why some couples of parents were allowed to enter and others did not have the following reasons / excuses: - disabled patients (I have not seen any) - ad personam permits from doctors (zero credibility) Me and others have denied access, on the other hand I have seen groups of parents go out peacefully in the company of their children. A prestigious hospital deserves a different business card.
M	Martin Del Gado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda la professionalità e bravura dei medici lo considero uno degli ospedali pediatrici migliori di Roma, tuttavia do solo 3 stelle perché ho notato un po’ di disorganizzazione. Partendo dal fatto che durante la pandemia si dovrebbero evitare assembramenti, che senso ha prenotate per un determinato giorno ed orario e trovarsi 100 persone avanti? Hanno comunicato alle tutte queste persone la stata data e ora? In oltre per alcuni tipi di controlli specifici ci hanno detto di recarci al Bambino Gesù di Santa Marinella (Civitavecchia) perché non sono in possesso di alcuni macchinari. As for the professionalism and skill of the doctors, I consider it one of the best pediatric hospitals in Rome, however I only give 3 stars because I noticed a bit of disorganization. Starting from the fact that during the pandemic gatherings should be avoided, what is the point of booking for a specific day and time and being 100 people ahead? Have they communicated to all these people the date and time? In addition, for some types of specific checks they told us to go to the Child Jesus of Santa Marinella (Civitavecchia) because they do not have some machinery.
