Terrible .. months and months of phone calls without ever receiving an answer, tell me if it is possible that one has to travel hours to get information that can be given very well by phone. !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona struttura con operatività rivolta alla vaccinazione dei bambini. Il personale è preparato e gentile nei confronti dei piccoli. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (metro C a 300 mt e Via Prenestina a 200 mt).
Good facility with operations aimed at vaccinating children. The staff is trained and kind towards the little ones. Easily accessible by public transport (metro C at 300 meters and Via Prenestina at 200 meters).

NON HANNO VOLUTO VACCINARE MIA FIGLIA PERCHE ALLE ORE 12.15 NON POTEVANO ATTENDERE LA DELEGA INVIATA VIA MAIL, PERCHE ALLE 12.30 CHIUDEVANO, CERTO LEGGERE UNA MAIL PREVEDE 15MIN...OPPURE STACCARE PRIMA DEL PREVISTO è CONSENTITO SOLO A CHI PUO' PERHE NON è CONTROLLATO.!!!!!

È svilente constatare come questi soggetti contribuiscano ad alimentare la sfiducia del cittadino verso gli apparati pubblici preordinati alla tutela del diritto alla salute fisica e psichica. Consigliatissimo, date le lacune, un ripasso delle norme basilari della buona educazione.
Poor professionalism of Dr. Giuseppe Rattà. It is demeaning to see how these subjects contribute to fuel the citizen's distrust of public apparatuses preordained to protect the right to physical and mental health. Highly recommended, given the shortcomings, a review of the basic rules of good education.
