Spectacular hut with an exceptional view ..... despite being the classic semi-isolated hut it has all the necessary comforts, for those who cannot give it up .... and then what about Manuel, the most splendid and kind manager I have ever met !!!!!

Accettano anche i cani, noi ne abbiamo portati 4 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Friendly and helpful owner, the hut is really nice and well cared for, highly recommended. They also accept dogs, we brought 4 and we were very happy.

S	Sabrina Lavagno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo abbiamo potuto solo trascorrervi 5 giorni che sono stati davvero stupendi, casa giovane, elegante, pratica, calda ed accogliente..... Pace e tranquillità regnano sovrani, giardino stupendo e anche la sera quando pioveva è stupendo avere la possibilità di stare fuori al riparo a sentire il rumore della pioggia. Poco più su partono parecchi sentieri degni di essere fatti. Tutto davvero stupendo e, una nota particolare ai proprietari, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Grazie di tutto! Sabrina, Flavio e Alex Unfortunately we could only spend 5 days that were really wonderful, young, elegant, practical, warm and welcoming house ..... Peace and tranquility reign supreme, beautiful garden and even in the evening when it rained it is wonderful to have the opportunity to stay outside sheltered to hear the sound of rain. A little further up there are several paths worthy of being made. All really wonderful and, a particular note to the owners, very kind and extremely available. Thanks for everything! A	Aurora Chiari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura a dir poco: MERAVIGLIOSA! Manuel e famiglia, sono persone di una disponibilità disarmante. Nella baita non manca praticamente nulla. Abbiamo portato anche il nostro gatto che è stato benissimo. Per i cani è ancor meglio, avendo spazio esterno completamente recintato. Fuori c'è un barbecue fantastico, nonostante pioggia e neve costante, abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo senza problemi. Pulizia super OK. Svegliarsi l'8 di dicembre, guardare fuori la finestra, trovare la neve ...il sogno di una vita! Grazie di cuore per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente! p.s. d'inverno occorrono le catene... Structure to say the least: WONDERFUL! Manuel and his family are people of disarming availability. Virtually nothing is missing in the hut. We also brought our cat who was great. For dogs it is even better, having a completely fenced outdoor area. Outside there is a fantastic barbecue, despite constant rain and snow, we were able to use it without problems. Super OK cleaning. Waking up on December 8th, looking out the window, finding the snow ... the dream of a lifetime! Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely be back! p.s. in winter you need chains ...

Intimità data dal calore del caminetto e dal legno che caratterizza tutti i locali della baita. C'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di relax. Cortile con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne e barbecue all'esterno. Abbiamo adorato i gattini che ci facevano visita durante il giorno e la bella escursione che abbiamo fatto al lago delle Prese, partendo a piedi proprio dalla baita. Indimenticabili i momenti passati davanti al caminetto. Inoltre la disponibilità e la cortesia del proprietario sono fuori dal comune. Sono stati attenti a tutto! Exceptional cabin, tastefully furnished combining comfort with the rustic atmosphere that one looks for in a mountain cabin. Intimacy given by the warmth of the fireplace and the wood that characterizes all the rooms of the hut. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. Courtyard with stunning mountain views and outside BBQ. We loved the kittens that visited us during the day and the beautiful hike we took to the lake of Prese, starting on foot right from the hut. Unforgettable moments spent in front of the fireplace. In addition, the availability and courtesy of the owner are out of the ordinary. They were attentive to everything!
