Viste passare delle costate a dir poco eccezionali. Mangiato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto buoni... spiedo e formaggio alla griglia... Per finire una grappa alle erbe fatta in casa che sfide i migliori intenditori! Il conto ulteriore motivo per premiare questo locale. Great francis and his staff ... too bad we arrived with little hunger. The grill here is the host together with the spit. Given the passing of the ribs to say the least exceptional. Ate a platter of very good cold cuts and cheeses ... grilled skewer and cheese ... To finish, a homemade herbal brandy that challenges the best connoisseurs! The account is another reason to reward this place.

Il fatto che fosse così pieno ha creato qualche difficoltà nel servizio (ordinato aperitivo mai arrivato). Venendo alla cucina, posso dire di aver mangiato molto bene: antipasto con la bufala davvero buonissimo, tagliolini nella media, ottima la carne allo spiedo, ben cotta e saporita al punto giusto infatti l'ho mangiata di gran gusto. Due osservazioni: il caffè è della moca, non è il classico espresso (non viene specificato al momento dell'ordine) ed il prosecco costa 18 euro al litro... Speso 75 euro in due. Per via del covid io sconsiglio in questo periodo di andarci perché è troppo affollato. I had lunch with another person at 14.45 as before it was full both inside and out but I was told during the booking process that everything was ok. The fact that it was so full created some difficulties in the service (ordered aperitif never arrived). Coming to the kitchen, I can say that I ate very well: appetizer with buffalo really good, noodles in the average, excellent meat on the spit, well cooked and tasty at the right point in fact I ate it with great taste. Two observations: the coffee is made from mocha, it is not the classic espresso (it is not specified when ordering) and the prosecco costs 18 euros per liter ... 75 euros spent in two. Because of the covid I do not recommend going there at this time because it is too crowded.

Belli sia il caminetto con lo spiedo che il focolare dedicato alla tagliata e costate. Proprietario e personale gentili e presenti. Je recommande si vous passez par cette petite bourgade qu'est Cison di Valmarino. Ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur mais qu'est ce que c'est bon ?? Great place, great atmosphere, attentive boss ready to give the best advice. The meat is awesome and the wine let's not even talk about it! I recommend if you go through this small town that is Cison di Valmarino. Does not look like it from the outside but what is it good ??

Immerso in un contesto verdeggiante tra le colline e il percorso delle acque di cison, vi ritroverete in questo ristorantino a gestione familiare al quale non manca davvero nulla, dalla eccellente carne cucinata con sapienza da Francesco agli ottimi antipasti/primi piatti preparati da Lara. Ottima anche la carta dei vini! Parco giochi per bambini. Tavoli interni ed esterni e non trascurabile il fatto che di sera anche con questo caldo torrido, lì vi serve un maglioncino. For meat lovers, this is the place! Immersed in a verdant setting between the hills and the path of the cison waters, you will find yourself in this family-run restaurant which really lacks nothing, from the excellent meat cooked with wisdom by Francesco to the excellent appetizers / first courses prepared by Lara. The wine list is also excellent! Children playground. Indoor and outdoor tables and the fact that in the evening even with this scorching heat, you need a sweater there.

Ho mangiato degli ottimi tagliolini ai porcini freschi. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto pranzare fuori come richiesto. Prezzi medio/alti per il posto ma per mangiare bene bisogna anche spendere. Dicono che la carne sia buona..proverò la prossima volta. Consigliato! Great restaurant / hut where I stopped on my MTB during the hike for a bite to eat. I ate some excellent tagliolini with fresh porcini. The staff were friendly and helpful and let us have lunch out as requested. Medium / high prices for the place but to eat well you also have to spend. They say the meat is good..tried next time. Recommended!
