 Particular place, very nice and cared for in every detail. The polite and knowledgeable staff. Appetizer dinner and really good tagliata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto bello e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Bellissima l'idea dell'altalena e dei libri appesi al soffitto come anche la cantina vini a vista all'entrata del ristorante. Il personale che ci ha accolti è risultato gentile e preparato. Tagliere con salumi,burratine, selezione di pecorini e Pasta fritta da 10! Buona anche la pappa al pomodoro. Tagliata con lardo nella media (taglio un po calloso)ma comunque buona. Torneremo sicuramente!
Very nice place with attention to every detail. Beautiful idea of the swing and the books hanging from the ceiling as well as the wine cellar at the entrance of the restaurant. The staff who welcomed us were polite and prepared. Cutting board with cold cuts, burratine, selection of pecorino cheese and fried pasta for 10! The tomato soup is also good. Sliced with average lard (slightly callused cut) but still good. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinsa buonissima, impasto digeribile e materie prime di qualità! L'arredamento è accogliente e con dei particolari originali. Il prezzo adeguato! In coppia abbiamo speso poco meno di 50 euro per due pinse, una bottiglia di bianco mosso e un dolce in due (cheesecake fatto da loro, non troppo dolce come piace a me!). Personale accogliente, in particolare simpatico e bravo il ragazzo che che ci ha servito (alto e magro). Bravi! Complimenti e prossima volta proveremo la carta.
Delicious pinsa, digestible dough and quality raw materials! The furniture is welcoming and with original details. The right price! As a couple we spent just under 50 euros for two pinse, a bottle of white and a dessert for two (cheesecake made by them, not too sweet as I like it!). Welcoming staff, especially nice and good the guy who served us (tall and thin). Well done! Congratulations and next time we will try the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente un posto da scoprire. La location con le colline di Vicopisano alle spalle è da menzione. Abbiamo cenato fuori serata calda ma ventosa. Apparecchiatura con tovaglietta di carta decisamente non appropriata per il menù e per i prezzi proposti. Acqua in bottiglia di marca molto apprezzata. Menù abbastanza ricercato, con ingredienti di alta qualità e porzioni più che abbondanti. Servizio da rivedere. Locale pieno ma ogni cameriere deve servire un numero di tavoli limitato altrimenti si rischia la confusione, con piatti dimenticati e ritardi involontari. Antipasti a tagliere e primi piatti ottimi, ma la sorpresa è la Pinsa. Veramente buona e ben fatta. Dolci ai limiti della sufficienza. Conto lievemente sopra media, ma la qualità si paga.
Da ritornarci, spesso.
Definitely a place to discover. The location with the hills of Vicopisano behind it is worth mentioning. We dined out on a warm but windy evening. Equipment with paper placemat definitely not appropriate for the menu and for the proposed prices. Highly rated branded bottled water. Quite sophisticated menu, with high quality ingredients and more than generous portions. Service to be reviewed. Full place but each waiter must serve a limited number of tables otherwise there is a risk of confusion, with forgotten dishes and involuntary delays. Excellent starters and first courses, but the surprise is the Pinsa. Really good and well done. Sweets bordering on sufficiency. I count slightly above average, but you pay for the quality.
To go back, often.

Fantastic experience! The restaurant is cared for in every detail. Beautiful atmosphere and nice staff. Pisan appetizer and really excellent first courses, all prepared with quality. We also tasted the meat and it was very good. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cozy place. The pinza, a kind of pizza, was very good in terms of ingredients and topping. I was a bit disappointed because of its small size but honestly I felt plenty after I ate it all. Other guys had starters very well presented and tasty. Dessert section was limited but good despite i tested better in other places.
What should be improved then is the dessert section. in detail do not select cantuccini and vinsanto because they have the same quality of those bought at the discount but the cost of a diamond.
The price for a meal is over the average and some prices are to me unacceptable (small bottle of cocacola 2.5 E). The service is slow but the waiters are super kind.
Summarising a place where food is genuine tasty and well presented but a bit costy. You might wander would you get back there again? Yes because i loved the pinza but I would never ask for cantuccini..... ???
