G	Giovanni santori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si confonde quasi con le abitazioni della zona, guardando le recensioni e le foto sembra tutto molto grande, in realtà si tratta di una stanza solamente. Molto ben arredata, conserva gli anelli e le mangiatoie per i bovini (o i cavalli???) del palazzo antico di cui faceva parte (presumo...). Si è mangiato molto bene, cose semplici ma saporite ed in quantità. Locale pulito, le due ragazze che ci hanno servito (eravamo in 11) sono state gentilissime, il servizio è stato impeccabile, mai una sola volta è stato necessario chiedere del pane, o dell'acqua, o il vino. Sempre attente a quanto presente sulla tavola, pronte a portar via piatti e vassoi vuoti. È stata una bella cena, metto 5 stelle piene, ero partito per metterne 4 ma solo per il conto, poi riflettendo meglio a mente fredda, mi torna in mente la quantità di vino bevuto e la cifra ci sta tutta. Ci tornerò con altri gruppi di amici. Tormento val bene una messa!!!??? It is almost confused with the houses in the area, looking at the reviews and photos it all seems very large, in reality it is a single room. Very well furnished, it preserves the rings and mangers for the cattle (or horses ???) of the ancient palace to which it was part (I presume ...). We ate very well, simple but tasty things and in quantity. Clean place, the two girls who served us (there were 11 of us) were very kind, the service was impeccable, never once was it necessary to ask for bread, or water, or wine. Always attentive to what is on the table, ready to take away empty plates and trays. It was a nice dinner, I put 5 full stars, I left to put 4 but only for the bill, then reflecting better with a cool head, I am reminded of the amount of wine drunk and the figure is all there. I will be back with other groups of friends. Torment is well worth a mass !!! ???

Ottime bistecche cotte alla perfezione e cucina casalinga impeccabile. Bravi come sempre!!! We looked forward to reopening after the orange zone restrictions and as always we were not disappointed. Great steaks cooked to perfection and impeccable home cooking. Good as always !!!

Avevo un certo ricordo, e per fortuna, non e' stato intaccato. Cominciamo con il dire, che il locale e' sempre stato famoso per la quantita' dei vassoi che venivano serviti ad i commensali. Io non so, in questi anni, ma devo dire che i piatti giunti a noi, sono stati estremamente soddisfacenti sia come qualita' che come quantita'. In 3 abbiamo preso il loro "mix" di antipasti, composto da salumi,polenta, (entrambi senza foto), le bruschettine e la pallina. Vario. Non esagerato, ma soddisfacente. Con i primi ci stava parecchia scelta e noi abbiamo ripiegato sul classico, ma conosciuto. Anche se un paio di piatti, avrebbero meritato un assaggio. La tagliata non la commento neppure. Qualita', quantita' e cottura ineccepibili. Insomma, un punto fermo, fuori dal centro del paese, dove passare una bella serata in compagnia dei ricordi, accompagnati da buon vino e buoni piatti. E se non ci siete mai stati, questa estate, direi che con il fresco, potete rimediare. After 16 years, I managed to return to this place, which for me has represented a lot. I had a certain memory, and luckily, it wasn't affected. Let's start by saying that the place has always been famous for the quantity of trays that were served to the diners. I don't know, in recent years, but I must say that the dishes that have come down to us have been extremely satisfying both in terms of quality and quantity. In 3 we took their "mix" of appetizers, consisting of cured meats, polenta (both without photos), bruschetta and the ball. Varied. Not exaggerated, but satisfying. With the first courses there was a lot of choice and we fell back on the classic, but known. Even if a couple of dishes, they would have deserved a taste. I don't even comment on the cut. Impeccable quality, quantity and cooking. In short, a fixed point, outside the town center, where you can spend a nice evening in the company of memories, accompanied by good wine and good dishes. And if you have never been there this summer, I would say that with the cool, you can fix it.

Molto buone le tagliate al pepe verde. Antipasti, vino, tagliata totale 25 euro. All excellent. Good and delicious appetizers. A note of merit for the delicious and delicate polenta with cheese and pepper. Excellent wine. Slices with green pepper are very good. Appetizers, wine, total cut 25 euros.

This nice little restaurant features excellent Tuscan dishes, local wine and truly local people. A must if you want to eat authentic food in Buti. We had a very nice selection of appetizers followed by a excellent tagliata. Topped of with dolce, grappa and coffee. It was an unforgettable evening. If you want to stay the night I highly recommend the B&B San Francesco right next door.
