Carta con idee e accostamenti interessanti dove si cerca di privilegiare i prodotti della zona secondo la filosofia slow. Ho trovato buoni gli scialatielli con gamberi al prosecco e vellutata di fagioli rossi del lucchese anche se è mancato quel quid oer renderli suoerbi e indimenticabili. Personale cortese e competente, luogo accogliente Cute Slow Food certified restaurant in the central area of the country. Paper with interesting ideas and combinations where we try to privilege the products of the area according to the slow philosophy. I found good scialatielli with prosecco prawns and red bean velvet sauce from Lucca even if that quid was lacking to make them herbier and unforgettable. La selezione di vini fantastica, ricordo che anche il loro della casa fosse magistrale e se non vado errato hanno nella manica diverse proposte senza glutine per celiaci. Ambiente top, servizio nella media, discreto e lievemente distaccato, disponibilità del cibo da rivedere (ma dipende ovviamente dal giorno), in ogni caso nel complesso lo consiglio davvero molto, esperienza che non mi faccio problemi a ripetere. I frequent this tavern, which is quietly a nice and welcoming restaurant, when I come to Lucca comics. The first courses and the side dishes, which I eat, are superb. The fantastic selection of wines, I remember that even their house was masterful and if I'm not mistaken they have several gluten-free proposals for celiacs up their sleeves. Top environment, average service, discreet and slightly detached, availability of food to be reviewed (but obviously it depends on the day), in any case overall I really recommend it very much, an experience that I do not hesitate to repeat.

The first picture I had is of a confused table, placed with the cutlery and napkin on the diagonal (weird) and with the glass of wine inside the glass of water (yes, that's right). The menu is so confusing that even after reading from back to front, I did not understood what I should order (this is because it also has no translation and is only written in Italian). After choosing the dish with the help of the owner/waiter, when I get it on the table I notice that there are only 4 pieces of ravioli, which for me is clearly not worth the value of the dish and falls far short of expectations. In summary this restaurant was for me expensive/overpriced, disorganized, the waiters do not understand english and clearly it's not prepared to receive tourists.
