★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in questo ristorante e che dire... top!leggo la recensione di sotto a me e penso che se 100 euro per lui lì sono tanti che vada dove fanno 8 euro birra,panino e( rutto libero)!stati stasera io ed il mio ragazzo,era tanto tempo che volevo venire e l'attesa che ha aumentato la mia voglia di entrare in questo luogo è stata proporzionale a ciò che è stato il conto (che sia stato scontato o meno,ci stava comunque!) ,Sia il food che il servizio! complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff di cucina e di sala e terminare con il maitre/responsabile/propietario?! Complimenti a tutti,tartar spettacolare così come il polpo e tutto il resto.
I vini proposti dalla ragazza in sala in maniera impeccabile buonissimi,tutto buono ,i loro dessert e dopo non contenti abbiamo preso il gelato fatto da loro in giornata meglio che in molte gelateria di zona e non! servizio attentissimo,cucina impeccabile, location bellissima e stra pulita per non parlare del cotto in terra tenuto meglio di quello di casa non so come essendo un ristorante!
Sono uscita felicissima come quando faccio shopping nel mio negozio preferito di abbigliamento! Continuerò a dirlo:" meglio poche cene ma fatte bene" stracomplimenti a tutto lo staff!!
PS: mi sono dimenticata il gelato ma era troppo buono e ce lo siamo mangiato subito ??????
 First time in this restaurant and what to say ... top! I read the review below for me and I think that if 100 euros for him there are so many that he goes where they make 8 euros beer, sandwich and (free belch)! Been tonight me and my boyfriend, it was a long time that I wanted to come and the wait that increased my desire to enter this place was proportional to what the bill was (whether it was discounted or not, he was there anyway!), the food than the service! congratulations to all the kitchen and dining staff and finish with the maitre / manager / owner ?! Congratulations to all, spectacular tartar as well as the octopus and everything in between.
The wines proposed by the girl in the dining room are impeccably delicious, all good, their desserts and after not satisfied we had the ice cream made by them in the day better than in many local and non-local ice cream parlors! very attentive service, impeccable cuisine, beautiful and clean location not to mention the terracotta kept better than the one at home I don't know how being a restaurant!
I went out as happy as when I shop in my favorite clothing store! I will continue to say: "better a few dinners but done well" overwhelming to all the staff!
PS: I forgot the ice cream but it was too good and we ate it right away ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the kind of place that made me love Tuscany 25 years ago. Relaxed elegance and food that is simply very well judged. Fonduta was made lighter by being poured in moderation over toasted stale bread and served with lardo and white truffle. Seafood pasta was perfectly cooked: pasta al dente seafood just cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making reservations was easy through Quando. Although this restaurant was a 25 minute cab ride costing about €35 one way from Pisa, I would definitely recommend making the journey. We were greeted warmly and the hospitality and service did not falter through our experience. Out server ( we did not catch his name but he has a kind face and salt and pepper hair) added to the overwhelmingly positive experience we had. This was by far the best meal we had in Pisa. The ambience was lovely and the prices were reasonable given the quality of the food. Go!
