Presentatomi all'appuntamento con appena 8 minuti di ritardo, sono stato accolto con arroganza e fastidio dal titolare. Subito mi sono scusato, dicendo che avevo capito che l'appuntamento fosse stato fissato alle 13.30 e non alle 13.20 e che comunque erano solo 8 minuti di ritardo. Con modi indecenti per chi opera a contatto con il pubblico ha affermato che il taglio dura APPENA 20 MINUTI e che A CAUSA MIA avrebbe dovuto far aspettare il cliente successivo. Mortificato dai modi utilizzati dal sign. Baccanelli ho preferito andare via, accogliendo il suo velato invito ad alzare i tacchi. MAI in vita mia ho avuto un'esperienza così pessima, per non parlare del fatto che 20 minuti per un taglio a un cliente di cui non si conoscono nemmeno le esigenze è a dir poco assurdo. Aggiungo anche ARTISTA notevole: tutti i quadri dipinti e i ritratti sulla controsofittatura sono opere sue. P.S. Sapete che un quadro suo è a casa del nostro mitico Carletto? Appointments fixed with all possible availability, always friendly and fun. I also add a notable ARTIST: all the paintings and portraits on the countertop are his works. P.S. Do you know that one of his paintings is in the house of our legendary Carletto?

I can not recommend Massimo enough, he was excellent, incredibly friendly and efficient. With just the most basic of instructions he gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. Any man in the Brescia area should be getting their hair cut here.
