Avevo appuntamento il 22 dicembre ore 16 (appuntamento prenotato un mese prima) - mi chiama il titolare la sera prima (21 dicembre) ALLE ORE 21 per dirmi che mi CANCELLANO l’appuntamento per loro problemi interni. Premetto che il 22 avevo la festa del mio compleanno ed essendo 3 giorni prima di Natale tutti i parrucchieri erano pieni ed é stato impossibile trovare qualcuno che mi tagliasse i capelli e mi facesse la piega. Diffidate. Persone poco serie.
Absolutely unreliable. I had an appointment on December 22 at 4 pm (appointment booked a month before) - the owner calls me the night before (December 21) AT 9 PM to tell me that they CANCEL the appointment for their internal problems. I state that on the 22nd I had my birthday party and being 3 days before Christmas all the hairdressers were full and it was impossible to find someone who cut my hair and did my styling. Be wary. Unserious people.
