★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stella perché 0 non si può..Ho acquistato in data 21 febbraio un letto completo di materasso e set paracolpi, il 22 marzo ricevo solo il materasso dopo le varie chiamate in cui mi prometteva che avrei ricevuto il tutto in settimana, appena ricevuto l'articolo provo a chiamare i due numeri forniti per chiedere informazioni e risultano entrambi spenti... Ho avviato subito la pratica di rimborso perchè fortunatamente ho pagato con paypal, intanto ho perso quasi due mesi dietro a questi signori.
AGGIORNAMENTO: dopo aver mandato indietro il materasso non ha nemmeno confermato l'avvenuta consegna del reso nonostante i continui solleciti facendomi perdere ulteriore tempo... Reso ricevuto in seguito alle mie lamentele con PayPal in data 7 Aprile... LASCIATE PERDERE!!!!
 1 Star because 0 is not possible ... I bought on February 21st a bed complete with mattress and bumper set, on March 22nd I only receive the mattress after the various calls in which he promised me that I would receive everything during the week, as soon as I received the 'article I try to call the two numbers provided to ask for information and they are both off ... I immediately started the reimbursement procedure because fortunately I paid with paypal, in the meantime I lost almost two months behind these gentlemen.
UPDATE: after having sent back the mattress has not even confirmed the delivery of the return despite the constant reminders making me waste more time ... Return received following my complaints with PayPal on April 7 ... LET IT BE LOST !!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso sia la seconda recensione negativa che scrivo in tutta la mia vita perché non mi piace farlo ma questa volta è dovuta.
Il problema non è il mio pacco, che è arrivato integro e nei tempi stabiliti, ma il fatto che ho ricevuto erroneamente un altro pacco, oltre al mio, destinato a un'altra persona.
Ho così prontamente chiamato e mi sono resa disponibile a restare a casa un intero pomeriggio per aspettare il corriere per il reso, il tutto senza nemmeno un "grazie" nella telefonata.
Fa niente.
Sta di fatto che il corriere non è passato, ho nuovamente avvisato dell'accaduto con un messaggio su WhatsApp e mi è stato risposto "contattiamo nuovamente il corriere" senza, nuovamente, nemmeno un "grazie" o uno "ci scusiamo per il disagio".
Se questo è il trattamento che riceve una persona che si dimostra corretta e disponibile, siamo messi bene...
Mi spiace, anche se con la mia spedizione non ci sono stati problemi dovrebbero decisamente migliorare il lato del rapporto con il cliente. Soprattutto con quello che vuole aiutare.

Va bhe chiudo un occhio. Mi deve arrivare ancora la culla.. quasi due mesi.. e continuano a dire che arriva in settimana quando invece non arriva un bel nulla. Sconsigliatissimo. Zero stelle

la spedizione come indicata sul sito non e veloce ho chiamato nel loro numero di cellulare e i ragazzi
ci hanno risposto sempre in maniera cortese .
- Pro prezzi molto bassi rispetto alla concorrenza , merce ben imballata e messa su bancale servizio clienti molto buono
- Contro Tempi di consegna abbastanza lunghi ma sono indicati nel sito , consiglio chi ha fretta di non acquistare nel loro sito
Prima di fare l'acquisto abbiamo controllato i loro feedback su eBay e su Amazon e ci sono sembrati delle persone serie
e affidabili
Ultima cosa e presente anche un numero di cellulare ottimo da contattare a qualsiasi Orario

Effettuato acquisto di lettino e fasciatoio, ordine effettuato a Febbraio per mesi nonostante le ripetute chiamate ci ha sempre preso in giro, dicendo che avrebbe effettuato la spedizione in giornata e che la sera avremmo ricevuto il tracking. Mai avvenuto nulla di quanto detto e dopo mesi abbiamo chiesto il rimborso che per fortuna ci è stato inviato con tutti i suoi comodi.
Bad experience! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ordine online richiesto tramite sito non è mai arrivato ( per la precisiome abbiamo ricevuto solo il materasso, dopo svariate chiamate e richieste, di un intero set lettino paracolpi e fasciatoio). Durante i 25 giorni circa di attesa ci è sempre stato detto che l ordine sarebbe partito a giorni, o che a breve avrei ricevuto un messaggio con info in merito alla spedizione, ma in realtà non abbiamo avuto alcuna notizia.
Da qualche giorno risulta essere sparito, abbiamo provato a chiamare più volte sui numeri segnalati ma nulla. Abbiamo provato a contattarlo sulla pagina Facebook senza alcuna risposta.

Ordine effettuato il 09 novembre sul loro sito. Dopo aver acquistato con pagamento PayPal non ho ricevuto nessuna email di conferma ordine.
Sul sito e specificato che i tempi di consegna sono dopo i 20 giorni.
Quindi aspettando qualche notizia dopo 2/3 settimane chiamiamo per avere informazioni hanno detto che l'ordime sarà arrivato settimana prossima... e va bene. Abbiamo aspettato che passasse la settimana e nessuna notizia dell'ordine. Quindi mando messaggio tramite PayPal per avere informazioni sul'ordine e data di consegna, ma purtroppo nessuna risposta su PayPal.
Richiamo per avere di nuovo informazioni e mi dicono che non possono spedire l'ordine perché avevo chiesto informazioni tramite PayPal ma non per telefono "anche se avevo chiesto più volte informazioni"
e alla fine dicono che mi faranno il rimborso ma aspettando qualche giorno nessun rimborso. Quindi sono stato obbligato ad aprire il reclamo su PayPal per riavere i soldi.
QUINDI SE ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO NEGOZIO PAGATE ASSOLUTAMENTE CON PAYPAL PER STARE TRANQUILLI

Order placed on November 09 on their website. After purchasing with PayPal payment, I have not received any order confirmation email.

So waiting for some news after 2/3 weeks we call for information they said that the order will arrive next week ... and that's okay. We waited for the week to pass and no news of the order. So I send a message via PayPal to get information on the order and delivery date, but unfortunately no answer on PayPal.
I call back to get information again and they tell me that they cannot ship the order because I had requested information via PayPal but not by phone "even though I had asked for information several times"
and in the end they say they will give me the refund but waiting a few days no refund. So I was forced to open the claim on PayPal to get the money back.
