Avendo visto nel depliant dato da loro che esisteva questa cosa del noleggio, oggi ho chiamato per avere conferma ed uno dei commessi di Iperbimbo, in tono arrogante mi ha risposto che da loro non si noleggiano nulla ma si deve comprare. Allora mi chiedo perché dare dei volantini che non corripondocor alla realtà?! Purtroppo non é la prima volta che veniamo trattati in malo modo da uno dei commessi. I was a few days after the opening and as a future mother I made myself leave some flyers and, after months, now as a new mother, I needed the rental of the breast pump. Having seen in the brochure given by them that this thing of the rental existed, today I called for confirmation and one of the clerks of Iperbimbo, arrogantly told me that they do not hire anything from them but have to buy. So I wonder why give flyers that do not corripondocor to reality ?! Unfortunately it is not the first time that we are treated badly by one of the clerks.

A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totale disservizio, passeggino acquistato il giorno 30/6 , rottura meccanica (legata alla chiusura dello stesso) il giorno 3/7. Il personale non viene assolutamente incontro al cliente ( magari fornendo un passeggino di cortesia durante la riparazione ) dicendomi di aspettare un giorno non definito per la riparazione o una decisione su come procedere. Dopo ore di discussione mi hanno sostituito il passeggino, non con uno nuovo, ma con quello di esposizione già usato . Tra l’altro senza nessuna procedura di pulizia prima di consegnarmi quello usato .................. Sconsigliatissimo ! Total disruption, stroller purchased on 30/6, mechanical breakage (linked to its closing) on 3/7. The staff absolutely does not come to meet the customer (perhaps providing a courtesy stroller during the repair) telling me to wait for an undefined day for the repair or a decision on how to proceed. After hours of discussion, they replaced my stroller, not with a new one, but with the already used display one. Among other things, without any cleaning procedure before delivering the used one .................. Not recommended!
