★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è interessante ma non molto fornito. È il posto giusto per acquistare capi d'abbigliamento coloratissimi, anche per chi indossa taglie superiori alla 40.
The shop is interesting but not very well stocked. It is the right place to buy colorful clothing, even for those wearing sizes over 40.

Always fashionable and trendy .. the staff, however, always busy leaves too much to be desired for the interest in the sale. The prices are not always competitive as far as the product is concerned.

If you are looking for a fashionable dress or cmq for a ceremony, find the detail! the prices a bit high but for my pockets ... for others it may be average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio per un cambio di una borsa; la commessa dopo avermi fatto attendere circa 10 minuti per ritrovare il valore della borsa (era stato detto che il cambio si poteva effettuare anche senza scontrino) dopo aver girato il negozio per trovare qualcosa che mi potesse piacere con i suggerimenti a distanza della commessa " guardi li sotto" " è lì " (la commessa era troppo impegnata a mandare i messaggi sul telefonino) finalmente opto per una maglia la quale tg è stata presa in magazzino...assicurandomi che fosse la maglia giusta (la busta contentente la maglia non mi era stata aperta) la commessa mi risponde " *signora che problema ha? mi sta facendo venire i nervi"*
A quel punto credetemi volevo lasciare tutto ed andarmene ma non l'ho fatto solo per rispetto delle persone che hanno speso soldi in questo punto vendita. *Lo sconsiglio vivamente,* anch'io sono una commessa e nel mio negozio la professionalità, la cordialità, bravura e pazienza sono il nostro pane quotidiano.
Per chi fa questo lavoro sa benissimo che il POST VENDITA È PIÙ IMPORTANTE DELLA VENDITA.
Se non sapete stare al commercio chiudete!!!!!
I went into this shop for a change of a bag; the order after making me wait about 10 minutes to find the value of the bag (it had been said that the change could be made even without a receipt) after turning the shop to find something that I could like with the remote suggestions of the order "look them "" is there " had been opened) the saleswoman replied "* lady what's the problem? it's getting on my nerves" *
At that point believe me I wanted to leave everything and leave but I didn't do it just out of respect for the people who spent money in this store. * I strongly advise against it, * I too am a saleswoman and in my shop professionalism, friendliness, skill and patience are our daily bread.
For those who do this job, they know very well that POST SALE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SALE.
If you don't know how to stay at the trade, close !!!!!
