★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati accolti benissimo dal signor Antonio che ci ha accompagnato in stanza e ci ha spiegato bene cosa visitare e come muoverci. Molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci. Stanza pulita e carina. Dalla terrazza si vede il mare e la piazza di Monopoli. Posizione strategica. Unica pecca le zanzariere un po rotte.
We were very well received by Mr. Antonio who accompanied us to the room and explained what to visit and how to get around. Very kind and willing to help us. Clean and nice room. From the terrace you can see the sea and the square of Monopoli. Strategic position. The only flaw is the slightly broken mosquito nets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely stay here - centrally located, top floor, great view to the harbour& old city. Everything is walking distance - the old town, the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants! The host is very kind & helpful - took his time to explain everything, replies instantly to all messages and helped us every time. Breakfast - coffee& croissants is at a location nearby - 2 min walk, there is a little fridge in the room and downstairs there is a grocery shop - very convenient. Parking is on the street - free on the white line & paid on the blue line. Nearby there is a free public parking. The terrace is a big plus, the bathroom and the room is spacious and well equipped. We loved it here!
