★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È diventato il nostro punto di riferimento nelle nostre tappe a Roma, non cerco altrove perché so che in Augusto, il gestore, trovo sempre gentilezza e disponibilità. Il fiore all'occhiello la pulizia precisa e accurata e le camere ampie e luminose. Parcheggio facile da trovare ( fronte piazzale della radio) o addirittura nelle vie limitrofe. Zona tranquilla e sicura. Consigliatissimo!!
 It has become our point of reference in our stops in Rome, I do not look elsewhere because I know that in Augusto, the manager, I always find kindness and availability. The flagship is the precise and accurate cleaning and the large and bright rooms. Easy to find parking (in front of the radio square) or even in the neighboring streets. Quiet and safe area. Highly recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse esistita una valutazione più bassa, la avrei scelta. Io e la mia amica abbiamo appena soggiornato nella presente struttura per sostenere un concorso pubblico. Fate conto di soggiornare in un'unica stanza insieme con i vicini: le pareti è come se non esistessero. Ci è stata data la stanza adiacente all'unico appartamento occupato, peraltro da persona totalmente insopportabile, con un cane che si sentiva chiaramente passeggiare tutta la notte sul parquet. Per di più, alle 5 suonava la sua sveglia, che tale soggetto non sentiva a causa del rumore del suo russare (tutto percepito nitidamente dalla nostra stanza), finché dopo mezz'ora il suo telefono suonava, probabilmente chiamato da un amico per farsi svegliare.
In secondo luogo, il gestore si è dimostrato indisponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, ossia un doppione delle chiavi e, il giorno della partenza, il deposito dei bagagli per qualche ora. Davvero mi chiedo con che coraggio: due ragazze stravolte da un concorso pubblico, senza aver potuto riposare a causa di quanto sopra, piene di valigie di libri da spaccarsi la schiena... una scortesia simile non mi è mai capitata.
Soggiorno all'insegna dell'incompetenza. Un incubo.
If there was a lower rating, I would have chosen it. My friend and I have just stayed in this structure to support a public competition. Consider staying in one room together with the neighbors: the walls are as if they do not exist. We were given the room adjacent to the only occupied apartment, moreover by a totally unbearable person, with a dog who could clearly be heard walking all night on the parquet. Moreover, at 5 o'clock his alarm clock rang, which this subject did not hear due to the noise of his snoring (all clearly perceived from our room), until after half an hour his phone rang, probably called by a friend to wake up. .
Secondly, the manager proved unavailable to any of our requests, that is a duplication of keys and, on the day of departure, the storage of luggage for a few hours. I really wonder with what courage: two girls upset by a public competition, without having been able to rest because of the above, full of back-breaking suitcases of books ... such rudeness has never happened to me.
Stay under the banner of incompetence. A nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was alright, not too far from the centre. Accommodation itself was good just a basic b&b, the host was friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast was very limited - stayed 4 nights and only had breakfast the first night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, good WiFi signal and speed. It's a modest breakfast, no very different from any other breakfast that we've had in Italy. You get fresh coffee to your liking it the morning. One thing I noticed that they should fix was the draining in the shower, it was too slow. Definitely will recommend.
