★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono già due anni che scegliamo questo bb per soggiornare a gennaio, camera e bagno spaziosi ed arredo molto bello, sala colazione molto elegante e dotata di tutto ciò che occorre, abbondanti gli alimenti forniti per la colazione. Vicinissimi al centro. Qualità e prezzo Ottimo.
 We have been choosing this bb for two years to stay in January, spacious bedroom and bathroom and very nice furnishings, very elegant breakfast room equipped with everything you need, abundant food provided for breakfast. Very close to the center. Excellent quality and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo B&B a Rieti a 20 metri dal ponte che ti conduce alla città vecchia. Camere belle e completamente ristrutturate con un bagno spazioso e molto comodo. Pulizia e cortesia impeccabili. Colazione ricca, con prodotti di marca ma tutti confezionati. Prezzo molto buono. Consigliatissimo per ogni occasione che vi condurrà in questi luoghi.

A small B & B in Rieti 20 meters from the bridge that leads you to the old city. Beautiful and completely renovated rooms with a spacious and very comfortable bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness and courtesy. Rich breakfast, with branded products but all packaged. Very good price. Highly recommended for every occasion that will take you to these places.

We stayed one night on September 25, 2021, we found staff available upon our arrival, the room was clean, comfortable with a nice terrace and a view of the river, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast very varied. I recommend to everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo B & B per visitare Rieti. In centro al terzo piano con vista panoramica. Il palazzo dove è situato non rende assolutamente l’idea delle camere. Moderne con ampio bagno e spaziosissima doccia. Cucina per la colazione molto attrezzata. Consigliato.
Great B & B to visit Rieti. In the center on the third floor with a panoramic view. The building where it is located absolutely does not convey the idea of the rooms. Modern with large bathroom and very spacious shower. Fully equipped breakfast kitchen. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we entered the room, I in jest asked about the annual rate. In fact, I could happily live here. All is well thought out, well designed and newly renovated, not furnished from Ikea, very comfortable—good mattress. Ample breakfast room. And Bernadette has thought out COVID-19 issues.
