E	Emanuela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura a due passi dal Terminillo e dal centro di Rieti. Colazione magnifica con dolci fatti in casa dalla simpatica proprietaria Catia. La camera Girasole era pulita spaziosa e molto calda. Torneremo sicuramente. Great property just steps from the Terminillo and the center of Rieti. Breakfast wonderful with homemade cakes by the friendly owner Catia. The Sunflower room was clean spacious and very warm. We will definitely be back.

Sono persone gentilissime, educati, e molto disponibili, su tutte le esigenze che noi abbiamo avuto . La Camera dove siamo stati che dire un incanto. Siamo stati accolti con un drink di benvenuto oserei dire uno dei migliori che io abbia mai visto. Tutto questo perché si vede l amore e la passione che ci mette la proprietaria la grande signora Catia. Fai dei dolci unici. Buonissimi che ricordano le meravigliose nonne di una volta . I salati squisiti. Il posto lo trovato molto ben attrezzato. Io amo passeggiare. Ma allo stesso tempo anche le comodità non dispiacciono. Mi sono rilassata molto. E lo consigliato a molti miei amici, con bambini. Visto la semplicità e la genuinità delle persone come loro non fanno sentire assolutamente i clienti in disagio. Bravissima Catia. Una vera perla nelle nostre vicinanze . First of all, I wanted to thank the owners of this establishment. They are very kind people, polite, and very helpful, on all the needs we have had. The room where we were what to say a charm. We were greeted with a welcome drink I dare say one of the best I've ever seen. All this because we see the love and passion that the owner puts in the hands of the great Signora Catia. Make unique desserts. Very good that they remember the wonderful grandmothers of the past. Delicious savory. The place found it very well equipped. I love walking. But at the same time, even the comforts don't mind. I relaxed a lot. And recommended to many of my friends, with children. Given the simplicity and genuineness of people like them, they don't make their customers feel uncomfortable at all. Very good Catia. A real gem in our vicinity.

Non abbiamo trovato alcuna difficoltà a trovare la struttura,ci ha accolto la proprietaria la signora Catia gentilissima disponibile e a modo che ci ha fatto accomodare nella stanza,abbiamo prenotato quella con vasca jacuzzi,stanza molto ampia luminosa e accogliente la stanza con la vasca jacuzzi curata nei minimi dettagli tra lanterne luminose candele fiori e luci soffuse con disponibilità di sorseggiare champagne in vasca...letti comodi e morbidi disponibile in stanza anche un altro bagno per poter usufruire anche di una doccia anch'essa con luci led ! La mattina ci siamo svegliati con il profumo dei dolci appena sfornati della signora Catia,a tavola abbiamo usufruito di ogni varietà di dolci e sfiziosita salate Consiglio vivamente di andarci per passare un piacevole e rilassante week-end in piacevole compagnia della vostra mèta non ve ne pentirete...consigliatissimo un bacione a Catia e Simone My boyfriend and I stayed at this b & b to celebrate our anniversary. We did not find any difficulty in finding the structure, the owner, Mrs. Catia, very kind and helpful, welcomed us and made us sit in the room, we booked the one with a jacuzzi tub, a very large room, bright and welcoming, the room with a well-kept jacuzzi tub in the smallest details among luminous lanterns candles flowers and soft lights with the availability of sipping champagne in the tub ... comfortable and soft beds available in the room also another bathroom to be able to take advantage of a shower also with led lights! In the morning we woke up with the scent of Mrs. Catia's freshly baked desserts, at the table we enjoyed every variety of sweets and savory delicacies I highly recommend going there to spend a pleasant and relaxing weekend in the pleasant company of your destination you will not regret it ... a big kiss to Catia and Simone is highly recommended

Le stanze sono super pulite,accoglienti, con bagno privato ( asciugacapelli e asciugamani profumatissimi) e entrata indipendente. Arredate con gusto,televisore schermo piatto,connessione wi-fi,frigo e bollitore x acqua(con varie tisane offerte dai proprietari.) I proprietari sono gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni esigenza. La Colazione super abbondante,comprende sia dolce(dai cornetti,ciambellone,crostate,muffin..ecc.)che salato(Torte salate,cornetti salati,pane pizza)tutto freschissimo e fatto in casa..assortimento di bevande dal caffé al cappuccino,cioccolata calda,the,succhi di frutta,tisane..una vera coccola!!!! É un peccato non andarci :-) Very quiet place, ideal for relaxing and visiting the city as it is in an optimal position. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, with private bathroom (hairdryer and fragrant towels) and separate entrance. Tastefully furnished, flat screen TV, wi-fi connection, fridge and kettle for water (with various herbal teas offered by the owners.) The owners are very kind and attentive to every need. The super abundant breakfast includes both sweet (from croissants, ciambellone, tarts, muffins ... etc.) and savory (savory pies, savory croissants, bread pizza) all fresh and home-made .. assortment of beverages from cappuccino to coffee hot chocolate, tea, fruit juices, herbal teas..a real cuddle !!!! It's a shame not to go there :-)

La graziosa camera dove abbiamo alloggiato era pulita e confortevole, dotata dell'incantevole Jacuzzi, la ciliegina sulla torta.? La colazione inoltre, è di notevole importanza; ogni dolce è interamente fatto a mano, tutto ha un sapore delizioso, per non parlare delle sfogliatine ai vari gusti, veramente squisite.? Lo consiglierò a chiunque vada in quei posti! Dear owners, they made us spend two days relaxing and company, Catia and Simone available for every request ... they spoiled us to the last. The lovely room where we stayed was clean and comfortable, with the lovely Jacuzzi, the icing on the cake Breakfast is also of considerable importance; each dessert is entirely handmade, everything tastes delicious, not to mention the exquisite puff pastries in various flavors. L'accoglienza di Catia è squisita almeno quanto tutte per leccornie che vi preparerà per la colazione. Torte, biscottini sia tradizionali che con farine si 7 cereali, pane caldo e marmellate particolari. Le stanze pulitissime, preparate con amore e buon gusto, e tutto ciò in una semplicità da rimanere sconcertati. Credo Che proprio la semplicità sia la sua arma segreta. Grazie Carissima, tornerò a trovarti. If you are near Rieti and are looking for a B&B I suggest "Il Casaletto del Terminillo". The reception of Catia is at least as exquisite as all the delicacies that she will prepare for breakfast. Cakes, both traditional biscuits and flour with 7 cereals, warm bread and special jams. The spotlessly clean rooms, prepared with love and good taste, and all this in a simplicity to be disconcerted. I believe that simplicity is its secret weapon. R	Renate Zickeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti ed eravamo 3 famiglie con bambini, camere grandi , calde, pulite, TV grande , aria condizionata e per bambini il divano letto matrimoniale. Si nota che fanno tutto con passione . La colazione rigorosamente fatta in casa e per tutti i gusti, Catia bravissima e gentilissima . Per la cena ci hanno indicato il ristorante Bevilacqua e anche li siamo stati bene . Un posto che può essere sfruttato sia in estate che in inverno . Torneremo sicuramente ! We stayed for 2 nights and we were 3 families with children, large, warm, clean rooms, large TV, air conditioning and for children the double sofa bed. You notice that they do everything with passion. The strictly homemade breakfast and for all tastes, Catia very good and very kind. For dinner we were directed to the Bevilacqua restaurant and we also enjoyed it there. A place that can be exploited both in summer and in winter. We will definitely be back!
