★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Location close to station Clean and modern. António very helpful. Negative: Very noisy. Breakfast was average. No bowls for cereal and staff sat smoking whilst we had breakfast Had to pay 10c to use lift!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Good location close to the train station but also easy to walk to the centre. Room was nice, fairly big and clean.. Negative: There was no wifi in the room, only at the reception, which was really inconvenient. When we pointed it out, they told us that their equipment was broken and offered no compensation. They did say sorry, to be fair. It is also important to note that most of the time there was nobody at the reception, meaning they won't be able to open the door unless you tell them exactly when you will be arriving..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sneaky, unprofessional and with very bad customer service: in February I make the booking for 1 night and only 2 weeks before departure the property contacted me to ask to cancel because the policy for that period is minimum 3 nights.
While I took the matter with the booking website, they tried to deny 2 of my cards I registered when it was not even time for payment yet.
Today they are not even taking responsibility for their mistake and they cancelled without notice. (I could book on the website and the booking was confirmed, so not my problem really).
As a result, 2 weeks from departure we are left without a place where to stay and being high season all the hotels have much higher prices and only comparable prices are for shady hostels. Also, Booking.com is not collaborative with looking for another place to stay and B&B Napoli Culture is happily out of the game - maybe the free-cancellation policy is valid for them too!
All in all, don't book, you might risk to be left on the street or forced to pay a penthouse over the Vesuvius.
