Può essere, ma almeno potevo essere avvertito per non buttare via un'ora a lavoro. Mi viene detto che sarei stato avvertito quando la macchina di cortesia sarebbe tornata disponibile, infatti sono passate 3 settimane e nessuno mi ha contattato. Quindi, ahimè, non posso valutare la bravura, non avendola potuta verificare, ma per la serietà dó una stella. Prima diagnosi del meccanico fu braccetti da sostituire. Dopo la "riparazione" costata 130 euro, l'auto ancora emetteva il rumore di cui sopra. Seconda diagnosi: "FORSE c'è da cambiare gli ammortizzatori". Siccome il problema iniziale non era stato risolto, ho deciso di consultare un altro meccanico che solo con un "colpetto di piede" alla ruota anteriore va sul sicuro "tamponi degli ammortizzatori da cambiare". Io sono una donna, quindi posso essere anche ignorante in materia di macchine, però non mi piace essere presa in giro. Ed i furbi mi mandano un po' in bestia...io non sono stata soddisfatta del servizio ecco, a chi piacerebbe spendere 130 euro per cambiare un pezzo che magari poteva aspettare ancora un po' e che soprattutto, non era la causa del problema?? Una officina dove trovano le giuste cure anche i marchi più prestigiosi. Massimo and Alberto are 2 good mechanics, they were able to gain experience alongside the "old mechanics" and are always attentive to innovations.
