 Nice, spotless, close to all points of interest, we didn't use the car. The owner very kind and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera non come da foto, con divano letto nemmeno fatto trovare già aperto, inoltre il pavimento scricchiola anche al solo cadere di una piuma
Colazione come quella al bar, ma sovrapprezzata (colazione inclusa nel mondo non significa che scendono al bar e ti portano su 1 brioche a testa per la modica cifra di 5€ A testa)
Cucina con uno sportello rotto, lavastoviglie con la muffa dentro
Ci avevano detto di poter parcheggiare liberamente sotto la struttura, ma ci è stata fatta una multa di ben 56€
Room not as shown in the photo, with sofa bed not even found already open, moreover the floor creaks even when a feather falls
Breakfast like the one at the bar, but overpriced (breakfast included in the world does not mean that they go down to the bar and bring you on 1 brioche each for the modest sum of € 5 per person)
Kitchen with a broken door, dishwasher with mold inside
We were told they could park freely under the structure, but we were fined a good 56 €

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura si trova a soli 400 mt dalla stazione Margellina. Le camere hanno tutti i confort e il proprietario è stato super gentile.
Consiglio
The property is located just 400 meters from the Margellina station. The rooms have all the comforts and the owner was super nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto carino. Sono stata ospite per due volte (e per diversi giorni) nell'appartamento di 90mq (credo in realtà sia più piccolo) che, a mio avviso, è il più confortevole. Molto luminoso, ampio e dotato di zona notte soppalcata. Il bagno troppo piccolo e da ristrutturare. I sanitari sono vecchi e la doccia poco confortevole. In generale tutto l'appartamento andrebbe ristrutturato ed andrebbe curata maggiormente la pulizia. È presente un condizionatore inverter che non funziona. La cucina poco accessoriata (praticamente quasi nulla) e con un fornello che non funziona.
Il personale cortese ma anche qui si può migliorare.
Colazione scarsa, cappuccino pessimo.
Posizione abbastanza comoda (chiaramente dipende dalle esigenze) ma non centrale.
Il palazzo è vecchio e tenuto male.
Il posto ha ottime potenzialità (per questo 3 stelle) ma andrebbero sfruttate partendo da una ristrutturazione.
Da migliorare, peccato per la poca cura perché sarebbe molto molto più carino ed avrei dato 5 stelle.
Very nice place. I have been a guest twice (and for several days) in the 90sqm apartment (I think it is actually the smallest) which, in my opinion, is the most comfortable. Very bright, large and equipped with a mezzanine sleeping area. The bathroom too small and in need of renovation. The bathroom fixtures are old and the shower is not very comfortable. In general, the whole apartment should be renovated and more cleaning should be taken care of. There is an inverter air conditioner that is not working. The kitchen is poorly equipped (practically almost nothing) and with a stove that does not work.
The staff are courteous, but here too there is room for improvement.
Poor breakfast, bad cappuccino.
Quite convenient location (obviously it depends on the needs) but not central.
The building is old and poorly maintained.
The place has excellent potential (for this 3 stars) but should be exploited starting from a renovation.
To improve, shame about the lack of care because it would be much much nicer and I would have given 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Amazing location, breakfast and people as well. Andrea, Claudia and Daniele where super nice, always willing to help and to try to understand what we were saying! Not even the language was a barrier. Thank you so much. I'm sure we couldn't have found a better place to stay while visiting Napoli :)

Andrea is really nice, he barely speak english but he was trying his best to communicate, he also let me leave my luggage at the hotel while i was having my interview at the US Embasse after i checked out. The room is really big, definitely the biggest b&b room i’ve been so far in Italy ❤️
