vicino al lungomare Caracciolo e alla Clinica Mediterranea.
Stanze: voene molto pubblicizzata l'unica stanza ristrutturata, le altre stanze sono vecchie , ubicate al terzo piano di un vecchio palazzo.
Il grstore RAMON, personaggio poco affidabile: non pagatelo in anticipo, non utlizza alcun POST, colazione inesistente, a noi è stato dato latte scaduto. Le stanze non vengono rifatte, a richiesta ci è stato riferito che la struttura non è un albergo. Posto da evitate per sole donne: troppo isolato e poco frequentato. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 gg. non ci torneremo per nessun motivo.
P.S. C'è una enorme discrepanza tra i prezzi riportati sul web. sul posto Ramon cerca sempre di aumentare i prezzi, contrattate anche all'atto del pagamento, per i servizi non dati.

Only positive side is the location:
near the Caracciolo promenade and the Mediterranean Clinic.
Rooms: the only renovated room is highly publicized, the other rooms are old, located on the third floor of an old building.
The RAMON grstore, an unreliable character: do not pay it in advance, do not use any POST, non-existent breakfast, we have been given expired milk. The rooms are not redone, on request we have been told that the structure is not a hotel. Place to be avoided for women only: too isolated and little frequented. We stayed 3 days. we will not go back for any reason.
P.S. There is a huge discrepancy between the prices listed on the web. on the spot Ramon always tries to increase prices, also negotiated at the time of payment, for non-data services.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is quite old and not really clean. Bathroom is very small and hardly any room to move in the shower. Towels are also old and don't look clean. Breakfast was not much, not even fresh bread was served. Checkin procedure was confusing as need to whatsapp the guy to let him know we have arrived to get instructions how to access the apartment. The parking is on the street behind and costs €15 per day. The key lock to the room is very difficult to lock. The elevator is an ancient one built in 1800s and very small. I don't feel safe taking it. The only good thing is the location just a street away from the sea and can go for a nice walk along the sea. Its also close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Close to metro and bus stops to get into city centre. Its in a safer part of Naples as away from the railway station area.
