Fabio persona gentilissima e disponibilissima ad aiutarvi in qualsiasi cosa. esperienza indimenticabile come la città stessa. ci tornero sicuramente. continuate così. very nice and comfortable structure, new and clean environment with all comforts, wonderful location both for the view and for getting around comfortably by all means, (metro 'and buses a few meters from the hotel. the owner Mr. Fabio very kind person and very available to help you in anything. unforgettable experience like the city itself. S	SEOR GRAFFITI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato per una notte in questa struttura, all’arrivo ho trovato parecchio traffico ma i proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e mi hanno aspettato per l’orario del check in e indicato un posto dove lasciare la macchina, avevo prenotato una stanza standard, a causa disdetta nello stesso giorno di un altro cliente per farci stare più comodi ci hanno fatto soggiornare nella suite, senza chiederci nulla di più della cifra accordata! , camera favolosa, pulita spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort e con una bellissima vista sul lungomare, ripeto, i proprietari sono veramente gentili e disponibili preoccupandosi di qualsiasi dettaglio, dall’arrivo a quando sono dovuto andare purtroppo via, ve la consiglio vivamente!! I stayed for one night in this structure, on arrival I found a lot of traffic but the owners were very helpful and they waited for me for the check in time and indicated a place to leave the car, I had booked a standard room, due to cancellation on the same day by another customer to make us feel more comfortable they made us stay in the suite, without asking us for anything more than the agreed amount! , fabulous room, clean spacious equipped with all comforts and with a beautiful view of the seafront, I repeat, the owners are really nice and helpful, taking care of any detail, from arrival to when I unfortunately had to leave, I highly recommend it !!

Hotel e Suite molto grandi, servizio un po' da rivedere per le camere e per la pulizia you eat well especially at breakfast, the beautiful story behind it (before it was a school and much more). Very large hotel and suites, service a little to be reviewed for the rooms and cleaning

Tutto nuovo e pulito, letto molto comodo, ma la camera in sé non è molto curata ed è su una strada trafficata in cui la sera c'è un discreto rumore fino a tarda notte, l'insonorizzazione delle finestre non è all'altezza. Anche la colazione potrebbe essere qualcosa di più curato (cappuccino e cornetto da asporto portarti in camera). Friendly and welcoming staff. Well-kept entrance but not too much rooms. All new and clean, very comfortable bed, but the room itself is not very well maintained and is on a busy street where there is a fair amount of noise until late at night, the soundproofing of the windows is not up to par. Even breakfast could be something more refined (cappuccino and a takeaway croissant take you to your room).
