★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little hotel. They gave us some great tour options all within walking distance. The room was super but only got to spend one night. Right beside the train station for easy access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Walking distance to the Duomo, Firenzi Central station. Plenty of food options nearby. The staff is super friendly, she answered all my queries and provided details to get around Florence. Definitely stay in the same place in my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to stay while in Firenze. Just a bit of noise once in a while from street, but nothing major. Great suite, diamente. All staff very professional. Would easily come back. Very close to train and everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've struggled a lot on how to rate this hotel. Because everything you need as a guest is here: spacious room, good breakfast, kind personnel, responsive. Those get 5 stars. BUT, what makes my rating fall down to 1/5 stars is the ultimate good a guest needs and that is peace of mind. The airbnb above our room was being noisy from 8pm till 1am and from 7.30am till 10.00, generally for 2 consecutive days at various hours of the day and for a long long time they were jumping up and down, moving furniture, making all kinds of sounds. I've told twice to the reception as it was Christmas day and we wanted some peace of mind but nonetheless nothing has changed. I k ow this is a fault outside of the area of duty of a hotel but as a hotelier myself I know that you have to do the most to protect your guests even if that means you have to fight with your neighbor. Honestly I cannot recommend the place for a good relaxing stay as much as I would like to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location! Literally minutes walk from the station and 10mins from main attraction. Rooms are cleaned daily; and basics such as towels, shampoos, body washes are provided. The rooms are of a reasonable size and staff are really lovely. Only downside is our bathroom was a little small but besides that really lovely place. If you pay for breakfast they are affiliated with a nice local cafe opposite which had a good variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious rooms, best part is that it is very close to the SMN Firenze station. Great breakfast included in the stay at a nearby cafe as well. One of our rooms had a smaller bathroom as compared to the others however that was the only exception to an otherwise fantastic stay

Our room was bright and spacious, with a lovely balcony too!
Breakfast was good too with a big choice of Italian pastries!
Staff was really nice and helpful!
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this B&B! It was in a great location and it felt very safe and secure. Our room was nice and comfortable and the staff members were extremely friendly. It felt like a hotel and we would definitely stay there again! They also provided vouchers to get a free breakfast at a cafe near the B&B.
