★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food was bland. ramen broth is just not good and pork still had hairs,gross! milk tea is very watered down request 3 additional pumps of syrup to get some sweetness. rice bowls is ur best bet. free WiFi and WC gets a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good one of the female staff members was extremely rude. We got 2 dishes and 1 order of dumpling. Dumpling didn’t come out until the ramen and donburi dish were done (more than 20 minutes after the main dishes came out; was told dumpling would be ready in 10) so I asked for the status and asked if we can just get the money back since we were done with the meal. She then essentially yelled at me and gave me the look as if I was demanding something crazy. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Katsudon set. I was blown away. I didn't think I can find good Asian food in Italy. Most of them were impression of Asian food but the Katsudon is proper Asian. The deep-fried pork cutlet was made to order so the skin is crispy. Topped with a sauce, it's just brilliant. The egg on the rice is not just some fried egg. It's utterly delicious. It's creamy and complimented the rice very well. I think the miso is a bit too rich, on the brink of salty. The soup should be light.
The portion is of bigger size and I think the price is just right. The venue is clean. The lady serving, presumably the owner is a bit escentric. Wish she understands her annunciation is quite OTT. Wish there're more directions given as I can see many, many confused patrons. What to order, how to order, how will the dishes served etc.
I've enjoyed the food but didn't enjoyed being gawked at by Asian people on the street as I sat by the window. They literally stared at me. Italians who walked by look at the food I'm eating which is understandably since all these may be new to them. Talking about gracefulness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest avoiding this place and heading anywhere else instead. Food is extremely bland, the beans we had were cold, as was the egg in the rice. the misu tasted like dirty dish water. Only positive I can say is the decor is cute and minimal but definitely better places around
