Man hat einen wahnsinnig tollen Blick auf die ganze Landschaft/Bucht/Region! Frühstück war italienisch süß und lecker. Der Pool wurde wohl kurz vor unserer Anreise fertiggestellt - also neu. Aber das beste sind die Zimmer. Einfach klasse!!! Grazie mille, Michele! Alloggio fantastico! We were here in the summer of 2016 and didn't want to leave. The family-run hotel is lovely. You have an amazing view of the whole landscape / bay / region! Breakfast was Italian sweet and tasty. The pool was probably completed shortly before our arrival - so new. But the best are the rooms. Simply great! Grazie mille, Michele! Alloggio fantastico!
M	Mauro Fomiatti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ io e mia moglie siamo ritornati dopo qualche anno in questo splendido angolo di Toscana, ci eravamo trovati bene e questa volta addirittura meglio visto che è stata aggiunta una bella piscina , riempita con acqua salata, piacevolissimo tutto lo staff e ottima la colazione servita in uno splendido giardino. MERITA! my wife and I returned after a few years to this beautiful corner of Tuscany, we had a good time and this time even better since a nice swimming pool was added, filled with salt water, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast served in one beautiful garden. DESERVES!

Con un profumatissimo giardino con piscina, è pulita, arredata con gusto e ben tenuta, il personale gentile e la colazione molto buona. C'è la possibilità dell'uso in comune del locale cucina e della lavatrice. Unica nota negativa, e personalmente incomprensibile, agli ospiti non è richiesto di fare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti gettandoli negli appositi contenitori previsti dal comune di Scarlino; tutto, perciò, viene mischiato. The structure is in an enchanting place, within the natural reserve of Scarlino. With a fragrant garden with swimming pool, it is clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained, the staff are kind and the breakfast is very good. There is the possibility of shared use of the kitchen and washing machine. The only negative note, and personally incomprehensible, guests are not required to separate waste by throwing them into the appropriate containers provided by the municipality of Scarlino; therefore, everything is mixed.

Soprattutto:per chi non vuole essere costretto ad andare al ristorante mettono a completa disposizione cucina e frigo. La sera ti apparecchi in giardino e mangi guardando il tramonto, che volere di più? Darei 6 stelle... I have not found a minimum defect. Friendly welcome, impeccable cleanliness, abundant breakfast. Above all: for those who do not want to be forced to go to the restaurant, they put their kitchen and fridge at their disposal. In the evening you put yourself in the garden and eat while watching the sunset, what more could you want? I would give 6 stars ...

Giardino e piscina ideali per finire la giornata dopo essere stati al mare. Unico problema: abbiamo soggiornato durante una settimana di caldo torrido e le camere erano sprovviste di condizionatore perché normalmente l'aria notturna è sufficiente a rinfrescare le stanze. Ci è stato detto però che dal prossimo anno provvederanno a installarli. Staff gentile e disponibile. The place is beautiful. Perfect breakfast for me (homemade cakes and very good pastries / pastries). Ideal garden and pool to finish the day after having been to the sea. Only problem: we stayed during a week of scorching heat and the rooms lacked air conditioning because normally the night air is sufficient to cool the rooms. We have been told, however, that they will install them from next year. Friendly and helpful staff.

Colazione offerta nel bellissimo giardino, un'esperienza di pace e tranquillità. Ottima la struttura, camera ampia e pulita. Qualsiasi esigenza viene soddisfatta grazie alla fornitissima zona comune e all'honest bar. Fabulous place. Immersed in the Maremma hills, with a beautiful view all around to the sea. Breakfast offered in the beautiful garden, an experience of peace and tranquility. Excellent structure, large and clean room. Any need is satisfied thanks to the well-stocked common area and the honest bar.
