★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già la locandina del B&B Fontevecchia di Vastogirardi (IS) che richiama una citazione di Eschilo - dà l'idea del piacere di alloggiare in questa guest house e di quello di accogliere della famiglia Cardillo. I colori della lavanda hanno preso il posto di quel glicine che da ragazze andavamo a raccogliere proprio qui alla Fontevecchia. Che colori, che tramonti e che profumi ! Anche oggi si diffondono dalle erbe aromatiche che il Signor Cardillo coltiva nell'orto. L'ospitalità è davvero gentile e, se volete fermarvi a chiedere informazioni o a chiacchierare piacevolmente, sarete soddisfatti dalla cultura e dall'esperienza che i padroni di casa hanno sulla flora e la fauna di questa bellissima zona d'Italia - ripresa anche dalla web-cam da poco installata. La piacevolezza di alloggiare in camere calde e pulite - i cui nomi sono quelli degli alberi che infittiscono questi boschi (acero, abete, cerro, ecc.), completa la serenità del luogo !
Already the poster of B&B Fontevecchia di Vastogirardi (IS) which recalls a quote by Aeschylus - gives the idea of the pleasure of staying in this guest house and of the idea of welcoming the Cardillo family. The colors of lavender have taken the place of the wisteria that we used to pick up from girls here in Fontevecchia. What colors, what sunsets and what fragrances! Even today they spread from the aromatic herbs that Mr. Cardillo cultivates in the garden. Hospitality is really kind and, if you want to stop to ask information or chat nicely, you will be satisfied by the culture and experience that the hosts have on the flora and fauna of this beautiful area of Italy - also taken from the web- newly installed cam. The pleasure of staying in warm and clean rooms - whose names are those of the trees that thicken these woods (maple, fir, turkey oak, etc.) - complete the serenity of the place!
