Personale e proprietario cortesi, gentili e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi problema o dubbio. Vivande per la colazione a disposizione per tutta la giornata. Prezzo molto ragionevole. Consigliatissimo! Far from the traffic of the capital, a short walk from Metro and bus. Large room, bright, very comfortable. Courteous, friendly and extremely helpful staff and owner for any problem or doubt. Breakfast food available throughout the day. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Se dovessi ritornare a Roma prenoterei nuovo soggiorno. Quiet environment. Famigliare. Convenient to reach public transport. Also excellent for quality / price. If I return to Rome I would book a new stay.

Carino, arredamento semplice e funzionale e soprattutto apprezzabile la cucina, utilizzabile dagli ospiti che consente di risparmiare sui pasti e di arrangiarsi con i panini prima di uscire in missione turistica. Buoni i collegamenti. Ha molto apprezzato anche la mia bimba.Sicuramente lo consiglierò ad amici, e quando tornerò a Roma tra qualche mese, sarà sempre qui.Grazie :) Value for money more than good in relation to the excellent service provided. Cute, simple and functional furniture and above all appreciable the kitchen, usable by guests that allows you to save on meals and make do with sandwiches before going on a tourist mission. Good connections. My daughter also appreciated it. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and when I return to Rome in a few months, it will always be here. Thanks :)

Al mattino le camere sono rifatte e in esse sono presenti televisore e scrivania. Il b&b è vicino alla fermata di Eur Fermi della linea metropolitana b e ha di fronte una fermata del bus. The place is clean and really hospitable, the functional rooms and it is also possible to cook yourself thanks to the shared kitchen. In the morning the rooms are redone and in them there is a television and a desk. The b & b is close to the Eur Fermi stop of the underground line b and has a bus stop in front of it.

La cucina con tutto l'occorrente per la colazione è molto utile pure per prepararsi panini e insalata. Con quello che si spende ai bar e ristoranti è una bella comodità! Very close to Metro B Eur Fermi, quiet and comfortable, large rooms and tastefully decorated. The kitchen with everything you need for breakfast is very helpful as well to prepare sandwiches and salad. With what you spend on bars and restaurants it's a nice convenience!

Colazione tutta con insaccati e macchinetta con caffè da non poter recensire. Consiglio di non spostare le cose dell'ospite durante le pulizie e di mettere un porta cartaigienica vicino al wc. Prezzi molto alti per il servizio offerto! Low quality room in anonymous apartment building. The room furnished with scarce furniture. Shower with hose that comes off under request changed. Breakfast with whole sausages and coffee maker with no review. I advise not to move the guest's things during cleaning and to put a toilet paper holder next to the toilet. Very high prices for the service offered!
L	Luigi Borrino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un buon B&B. L'appartamento presenta 3 camere e 3 bagni. 2 sono camere e bagni normali, una camera è piccola col bagno che è praticamente un bagno di servizio... Ma per una notte va più che bene. La colazione è servita a buffet. La zona in cui si trova è ottima, presenta la fermata di EUR fermi a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro dell'EUR. Io e altri 2 colleghi con cui condivido l'appartamento ci riteniamo soddisfatti. It is a good B&B. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 are normal rooms and bathrooms, one room is small with the bathroom which is practically a service bathroom ... But for a night it is just fine. Breakfast is served as a buffet. The area in which it is located is excellent, with the EUR stop being less than 10 minutes away on foot. About 20 minutes walk from the center of the EUR. Me and two other colleagues with whom I share the apartment we are satisfied.

I will report the problem and if possible can you repay the cost which I paid to book for 8 month? This is because I can’t help but leave this apartment in one month because of a lot of lies, which I think is fraud. One problem is I couldn’t use Wi-Fi connections. I paid including Wi-Fi cost but I couldn’t use WI-FI. And when I said to the owner, the owner didn’t fix. And another problem is that I couldn’t use air conditioner. I paid the cost of AC but I couldn’t use it and when I asked the owner to fix, the owner treated me as if I had said the lies. And the biggest problem is that this room isn’t nonsmoking room. The website said that this room is nonsmoked but the smell of smoke is terrible. I said to the owner, but the owner said to me that “I cannot check if the other tenants break the rule of nonsmoking so you should remove the smoke smell using the bicarbonate by yourself” I liked this apartment because the website of Spotahome said that the cost includes WI-FI and AC and this is nonsmoking, but they are all lies. I asked the owner many times but she didn’t listen to me and ignored so I left this apartment in one month although I booked until December.
