β β β β β Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 40 giorni.
Siamo stati accolti benissimo e ci siamo sentiti piΓΉ che a casa.
Molto gradito il kit camera-bagno con pantofole in spugna, letti comodi e biancheria pulitissima. Idea molto originale quella di chiamare le stanze con i nomi di luoghi noti dell eur e le foto di essi dentro.
Colazione apprezzatissima, strepitosa con dolci, torte e creme per tutti i gusti.
Sopratutto la gentilezza e la disponibilitΓ del gestore Francesco, di Giulia e dei genitori di Francesco(sempre disponibili),che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nel momento di trasloco.
Ve lo consiglio per soggiorni a Roma
 I stayed with my family for 40 days.
We were made very welcome and felt more than at home.
The bedroom-bathroom kit with terry slippers, comfortable beds and spotless linen is very welcome. Very original idea to call the rooms with the names of known places of the eur and the photos of them inside.
Very popular breakfast, amazing with desserts, cakes and creams for all tastes.
Above all, the kindness and helpfulness of the manager Francesco, Giulia and Francesco's parents (always available), who made us feel at home when we moved.
I recommend it for stays in Rome

Il proprietario e la signora 2 persone gentili simpatiche e molto disponibili.
Siamo rimasti 2 notti ed il secondo giorno al rientro in stanza abbiamo trovato persino i letti rifatti, il pavimento lavato e le asciugamani pulite.
La colazione ben organizzata per ogni gusto ed un terrazzo bellissimo dove poter iniziare la giornata.
Torneremo certamente
Clean, beautiful and functional structure.
The owner and the lady 2 kind people nice and very helpful.
We stayed 2 nights and on the second day when we returned to the room we even found the beds made, the floor washed and the towels clean.
The well-organized breakfast for every taste and a beautiful terrace where you can start the day.
We will certainly return

β β β β β Colazione inesistente, 2 cialde di caffΓ¨ con 2 pastine da discount non si puΓ² definire colazione. Solo un paio di asciugamani in bagno, stanza poco pulita, telecomando TV non funzionante. Il posto macchina consiste in una stretta rampa, se ti mettono una macchina dietro non si puΓ² piΓΉ uscire.
Non-existent breakfast, 2 coffee pods with 2 discount pastries cannot be defined as breakfast. Only a couple of towels in the bathroom, unclean room, TV remote control not working. The parking space consists of a narrow ramp, if they put a car behind you, you can no longer go out.

Breakfast spread was good. Only tip would be that the breakfast could include some eggs or something hot.
