A	Antonio Loiacono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto da poco una revisione in questo centro. Sono puntuali ed efficienti, ma diciamo che i prezzi non sono proprio bassi. Mi hanno sostituito due lampadine , premesso che non tutti lo fanno, ma il prezzo è lievitato di 15 euro, oltre ad aver giustamente segnalato convergenza delle ruote anteriori fuori asse. Per il resto consiglio caldamente di verificare sempre tutto prima di consegnare la macchina. Posso solo aggiungere che a differenza di molte officine sono molto cordiali. I recently did a review in this center. They are punctual and efficient, but let's say that prices are not really low. I have replaced two light bulbs, given that not all do, but the price has risen by 15 euros, as well as having rightly reported convergence of the front wheels off-axis. For the rest, I highly recommend always check everything before delivering the car. I can only add that unlike many workshops they are very friendly.

Accolto credo dal capo officina facendo presente che le luci segnaletiche anteriori non erano fissate bene e pendevano. Due settimane per sostituire una ventola raffreddamento mi dispiace dirlo ma è veramente troppo! The workshop is very professional. It is a pity that Fiat is not as fast in supplying spare parts ... Come utente/cliente/navigatore del web, consiglierei in futuro, di mettere sulla vostra pagina web questo tipo di comunicazioni, o una voce registrata sul vostro numero di contatto, così da avvertire i nuovi possibili clienti. I correct my review by saying that I tried to contact them by phone and by email but I never got an answer, but here they kindly wrote me that they were on vacation, which rightly justifies what happened. As a user / customer / web surfer, I would recommend in the future to put this type of communication on your web page, or a voice recorded on your contact number, in order to warn new possible customers.

Sono entrato per una revisione e mi hanno risolto anche un problema di meccanica che altre officine nei dintorni non sono riuscite con più tentativi. Great impression !! P	Pasquale Lazzaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costo esoso per un normale tagliando, nel mio caso è stato ben superiore a tutti i tagliandi effettuati in 20 anni. Addebitate 2,95 ore di manodopera specializzata. Un mio collega, ha effettuato lo stesso tagliando con in più il cambio dei freni, in officina ufficiale di altra casa, nella meta' del tempo, e pagando il tagliando molto, molto meno. Se consideriamo p.e. il costo dell'olio, sul mercato al dettaglio lo si trova a circa un terzo del prezzo da loro applicato, e loro lo acquistano pure all'ingrosso. L'auto ha 3 anni di vita, meno di 30000 km ed è rimasta inutilizzata un anno, dall'ultimo tagliando, come fatto presente al capo officina. Se mi avessero fatto un preventivo, l'avrei portata altrove. The car has 3 years of life, less than 30,000 km and has been unused for a year, since the last service, as reported to the foreman. If they had given me a quote, I would have taken it elsewhere.
