β β β β β We went there as a group of 7 people, however when we arrived to the hostel they said we can host you even we have our confirmation of accomodation. They said they donr have space for 7 people but they didnt let us know and said that there was a mistake. So, we had no place to stay and they couldnt solve the problem. Never stay at this hostel, it is a nightmare

β β β β β I have never experienced such a disgraceful situation in my entire life. Our naples vacation was ruined because of this hotel and we had to sleep at the airport for 1 night. They canceled our reservation and did not inform us of this. When we went to the hotel, we could not enter the hotel and we called the hotel. They said that they could not take us to the hotel even though we had a reservation on the phone, and they did not inform us about this in advance. I definitely do not recommend booking this hotel!! The owners of this hotel do not care about people and are disrespectful. Thanks to them, the money we spent on the trip to Naples went to waste. What this hotel is doing is a crime against humanity.

β β β β β When I arrived to the hotel there was no sign at the main door and I needed a key to get in, then when I went up to the floor there was no receptionist. I had to call them and the owner sent me someone to give me my keys, also because I arrived 11 pm before my check in, they charged me $90 even though if I booked through booking it wouldβve been only $50. The day after I met the receptionist who doesnβt speak english. I asked her to change my room since the AC didnβt work and I needed a safe box. Then the next day when I was going to eat my breakfast, I found two ants on my croissant so I immediately left the food and one of the workers tried to get me another one but it was too late. This place is a mess and doesnβt deserve a penny. Not worth my money at all. Plus, the review option is closed for me. I want to let other people know how disgusting that hotel is.

β β β β β The hotel is located in a somewhat central location in Naples and is located on the top floor of a tall and old building. Although the building leaves somewhat to be desired, the hotel itself is very cozy, enjoyable, extremely clean, and has very welcoming staff. There is not always someone at the front desk however, so make sure to call before arrival to ensure that someone will be there to meet you and give you the keys. All in all, our 3-day stay here was very enjoyable. The breakfast was normal and the staff was very sweet. This is a very nice hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and clean place at a cheap price. The only downside that I can think of is the fact that the rooms are not super sound-proof, so you can sometimes here what is going on outside in the hall. However, all in all, it was a great stay for the price.

β β β β β **BEWARE** Even though we had fully prepaid our rooms, after a flight delay, we end up late for check in, owners didnβt let us in (probably overbooked or resold our rooms) and forcefully tried to relocate us in Hotel Poker a very bad old and dirty property (with same ownership) or threaten to leave us sleep on the streets. You can see on other reviews that this a common tactic that they use possibly to extract money from tourists.
Owner is rude & unhelpful, beware you are going to lose your money or end up in a place worse than the worst hostel.

β β β β β We were excited for this room when we booked a weekend to stay. Booked online two weeks in advanced. Then when we got there found out they don't have a front desk to check in. So we called the number provided to figure out how to get checked in. The guy who answered told me they were full up and didn't have rooms available. I told him my name and confirmation number the hotel had emailed to me. He gave a whole excuse about how it's the weekend and weekends are always busy but they had over booked the hotel and we would have to stay somewhere else. When I asked about a refund he hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone. We tried online to request our money back but nothing. Terrible experience and lost over β¬150.
