Very nice apartment. We were in January and everything was very good. The owners are very good people. They welcomed us very warmly and sent us away as well. I like it!

R	Rebecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevano detto che la colazione sarebbe stata TIPICA SALENTINA,invece ci siamo trovati brioches del supermercato, le pulizie della camera non sono MAI state effettuate, solo il primo giorno (su 7nonostante il covid) il bidone della spazzatura svuotato dopo alcuni giorni, tovagliette della cucina mai cambiate, il bagno mai stato pulito Ci avevano anche detto che le pulizie sarebbero state fatte ogni giorno alle 10 del mattino e ogni volta noi uscivamo prima di quell’ora ma al rientro, tutto era come lo avevamo lasciato. Al telefono non rispondevano e quando finalmente ci hanno risposto, chiedendogli il perchè della mancata pulizia delle camere, ci hanno risposto che non era loro competenza con tanto di mancata voglia di star al telefono They had said that the breakfast would be TYPICAL SALENTINA, instead we found brioches from the supermarket, the room cleaning was NEVER carried out, only the first day (on 7 despite the covid) the garbage can emptied after a few days, kitchen placemats never changed, bathroom never cleaned We were also told that cleaning would be done every day at 10 in the morning and every time we went out before that time but when we returned, everything was as we had left it. They did not answer the phone and when they finally answered us, asking them why the rooms were not cleaned, they replied that it was not their competence with a lot of lack of desire to stay on the phone
