the view from the room is uncredibl. the breakfast is nice but not huge. a few stuff in the room was broken as the shower "spa". the room was big and the bed confortabl. we would recommand this place especially for the view on the place.

Brilliant, a 5 starred hotel disguised as a B&B. Wonderful location, central overlooking the square, absolutely recommended when visiting Lecce. Great cakes btw, friendly staff, great

The young man who was here when I arrived was extremely nice. He was very helpful and he even went outside to get me a map of Lecce since they had run out of them. He asked me exactly what I wanted for breakfast and the next morning, I received exactly what I asked for and more. The view is incredible. It’s quite an experience to look outside and see the amphitheater in Piazza Oronzo. The bathroom is a good size and there is soap, shampoo and gel. The towels are soft. I really wanted a desk in room so they rearranged things so that I could have one. People have said it’s noisy at night, but I didn’t hear anything with air conditioner on. Every once in a while, I’d hear voices, but that’s it. I went to bed after 11. Maybe, someone who goes to bed earlier might be bothered by noise. That is the price for the fantastic view. The air conditioner took forever to cool the room. I arrived at 7:00 and the room didn’t feel cool until after 11pm. I think they should turn it on when they know guests are arriving. It’s definitely lacking in small things-a shelf in shower so I had to balance soap, shampoo and gel in my hand. The soap dish was chipped. The first day the bed was made. The second day, no. There is an electric tea pot in the room, but it was broken and dirty inside. The cup was cracked. The “dresser” in the room is all scratched up. The sheets and pillowcases are old and pilled. These are small things and can easily be changed. If they were, it would definitely add to the appeal.
