Io ho pernottato in una camera singola con bagno privato, ma accessibile attraverso il corridoio comune. Diciamo che è come andare a dormire a casa di una zia: •Letto e mobili non sono propriamente pensati per il B&B, ma immagino siano appartenuti a chi abitava prima quella stanza. Magari nelle altre camere la filosofia è differente, non posso saperlo. •Si instaura subito una certa confidenza con la titolare, volenti o nolenti. Ciò implica il dover scendere a certi compromessi riguardanti le proprie abitudini, cosa che non è stata necessaria in altri B&B in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio. •Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere facilmente migliorati (infissi, privacy, colazione,…), vestendo i panni del cliente per qualche giorno. Tutto sommato esperienza discreta. This B&B is ideal for those who want to be in a strategic position a stone's throw from the center. I stayed in a single room with private bathroom, but accessible through the common corridor. Let's say it's like going to sleep at an aunt's house: • Bed and furniture are not properly designed for the B&B, but I imagine they belonged to those who lived in that room first. Maybe in the other rooms the philosophy is different, I can't know. • A certain confidence is established immediately with the owner, willingly or unwillingly. This implies having to compromise on one's habits, which was not necessary in other B & Bs where I stayed during my trip. • Some details could be easily improved (fixtures, privacy, breakfast, ...), taking on the role of the customer for a few days. All in all discreet experience.

Ottimo l'appartamento, la cortesia della Signora e la colazione veramente gradevole, locale e abbondante. Grazie. riccardo excellent location for arrival at Bus Terminal 10 ?. I	Irenuccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione comoda per visitare il centro storico di Lecce, dai punteggi e dalle recensioni on line mi aspettavo una pulizia impeccabile e così non è stato. Polvere sopra all’armadio, sopra al lampadario e sulla testiera del letto. Tra il copri materasso e il materasso ho trovato capelli e agli angoli del letto dove poggia la rete della sabbia. Lenzuola con segni di color fucsia e gli asciugamani del bagno ingialliti. La proprietaria mi ha detto che se l’avessi avvisata avrebbe provveduto a pulire la stanza ma mi aspettavo dalle recensioni lette di trovare una pulizia impeccabile visto il punteggio che gli ospiti hanno dato su tutti i siti di prenotazione (inspiegabile). L’aria condizionata non rinfrescava, ci siamo svegliati in un bagno di sudore, abbiamo pagato una doppia “Viola” e una singola e per nostra volontà ce ne siamo andati perché con quel caldo non potevamo resistere una notte in più ovviamente nessun rimborso! (5notti precedentemente pagate) Mobilio, porte e infissi vecchi e appartamento bisognoso di un restauro! La colazione con i dolci fatti in casa era buona. R	Romilda Basile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pernottato una notte in questa struttura: proprietaria gentilissima, cucina dei dolci tipici per la colazione da leccarsi i baffi, stanze pulite e profumate, su richiesta anche parcheggio gratuito in garage. La posizione dell’appartamento è centralissima (sei già in centro storico), inoltre nelle adiacenze della struttura ci sono market, bar e farmacia. Ottima esperienza la consiglio a tutti coloro che decidono di recarsi a Lecce My boyfriend and I stayed one night in this structure: very kind owner, she cooks typical sweets for mouth-watering breakfast, clean and fragrant rooms, on request also free parking in the garage. The location of the apartment is very central (you are already in the historic center), and in the vicinity of the structure there are markets, bars and pharmacies. Excellent experience I recommend it to all those who decide to go to Lecce

Il B & B è ricavato in un appartamento piuttosto datato con mobili vecchiotti che emanano un odore di stantio. La camera l'abbiamo trovata pulita anche se poi la pulizia la effettuano ogni tre giorni. Proprietaria simpatica e disponibile. Colazione discreta con dolci di buona qualità. Niente ricevuta fiscale Convenient location to reach the center on foot. Garage parking available, even if cramped. The B & B is housed in a rather dated apartment with old furniture that gives off a stale smell. We found the room clean even if the cleaning is done every three days. Friendly and helpful owner. Decent breakfast with good quality cakes. No tax receipt

Esperienza del tutto positiva sia per la cordialità della signora Simona sia per il trattamento sia per i servizi offerti e la vicinanza dal centro. Simona ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. Avevamo 2 cani e non ha avuto alcuna esitazione nel dirci che i cani erano i benvenuti (cosa ahimè molto rara da queste parti). Ottima la torta alla crema di limone da lei preparata. Grazie, speriamo di tornare presto! We stayed in the b & b in the winter. Vintage but very well maintained and tasteful accommodation. Completely positive experience both for the friendliness of Mrs. Simona and for the treatment and for the services offered and the proximity to the center. Simona made us feel at home. We had 2 dogs and he had no hesitation in telling us dogs were welcome (which alas very rare around here). The lemon cream pie she prepared is excellent. Thanks, we hope to come back soon!
