The apartments and the villa are well maintained and clean. The grounds are fantastic well-kept garden and a breathtaking panoramic countryside. The owner's Claudina always helpful and informative. The great location. Surely we will be back I recommend it to everyone. Nadia

Alles sauber und soweit ok.
Pool war bei uns aufgrund der Jahreszeit natürlich nicht mehr geöffnet. Frühstück hätte etwas ausgiebiger ausfallen dürfen. Motos durften wir in Garage/Unterstand einstellen.
Empfehlenswert.
Somewhat out of the way with a great view.
Everything was clean and ok.
Of course, the pool wasn't open anymore due to the time of year. Breakfast could have been a little more extensive. We were allowed to set motos in the garage / shelter.
Recommendable.

a 5 minuti dal centro di Santa Marinella in prima collina.
I have been several times in this structure and I found myself very well, too bad I only stayed in autumn / winter and I imagine that in summer everything is more beautiful ..
5 minutes from the center of Santa Marinella on the first hill.
