Da noi perdere. Impeccable hospitality. We stayed in the Quercia room, large, clean and served with all comforts. Breakfast definitely above the norm. We miss it.

Il silenzio della notte, quasi assordante per chi viene dalla città, riporta a storie incantate di elfi e animali fiabeschi. La colazione, rigorosamente tutta prodotta in loco, vanta marmellate di molti tipi, pane caldo, appena sfornato e dolci a profusione. Assolutamente da provare! The attention to detail, kindness and full availability, the enchanting position of the bed and breakfast, immersed in the woods, make the place a small paradise, a fairy place. The silence of the night, almost deafening for those coming from the city, brings back enchanted stories of elves and fairy-tale animals. Breakfast, rigorously all produced on the spot, boasts jams of many types, warm bread, freshly baked and sweets in profusion. A must try!

La cortesia e le attenzioni di Laura sono uniche, insieme ad Aldo e la loro piccola Aurora che è una gioia vedere, rendono una bellissima atmosfera famigliare. Ottime colazioni con prodotti di casa confezionati ad arte da Laura stessa! Felicissimi per le tante attenzioni date anche alla nostra cagnolona! Qui sono amanti degli animali e questo è un posto ideale per chi vuole viaggiare con loro! Noi stiamo pensando quando ritornare!? Here you are immersed in the fresh woods of the Tolfa mountains. The sounds of nature make an excellent soundtrack for those who come to detox from stress. Laura's courtesy and attentions are unique, together with Aldo and their little Aurora who is a joy to see, they make a beautiful family atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts with homemade products artfully packaged by Laura herself! Delighted for the many attentions also given to our dog! Here they are animal lovers and this is an ideal place for those who want to travel with them! We are thinking when to return! ?

Laura è gentilissima e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, e le sue torte sono un perfetto inizio di giornata! Ideal place to relax, silence and fresh air in the middle of the woods. Laura is very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and her cakes are a perfect start to the day!

Ma a detta del personale il prezzo (molto alto) è giustificato dalla "colazione imperiale" che non ha niente di più delle colazioni servite negli ostelli (che non superano i 15 euro a notte). Non c'è nessuna possibilità di comunicare con l'esterno o di organizzarsi perché il WiFi è attivo ma non funzionante (è essenziale perchè nella zona non c'è nessuna copertura di rete telefonica). Infine telefonicamente viene detto che il bagno è personale ma non è così. Per il resto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, le camere sono pulite e molto ben arredate. C'è un ottimo profumo in tutta la struttura ed anche d'estate si sta molto freschi. Ottimo per chi vuole solo rilassarsi nel silenzio del bosco circostante. Cute and welcoming location. But according to the staff the price (very high) is justified by the "imperial breakfast" which has nothing more than the breakfasts served in the hostels (which do not exceed 15 euros per night). There is no possibility to communicate with the outside or to organize because WiFi is active but not working (it is essential because in the area there is no telephone network coverage). Finally, by telephone it is said that the bathroom is personal but it is not. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and very well furnished. There is an excellent fragrance throughout the structure and even in summer it is very fresh. Great for those who just want to relax in the silence of the surrounding woods.

Relax puro, solo i piacevoli suoni della natura in una location deliziosamente accogliente. All’arrivo Laura ti accoglie con il sorriso di un familiare che non ti vede da tempo. Durante il soggiorno ti senti coccolato proprio come a casa, con una colazione ricchissima: torte, crostate, pane, tutto fatto a mano. Le camere dotate di ogni comfort sono dei piccoli gioielli con bagni comodi e spaziosi. Alla partenza .... beh!, consapevole di aver vissuto in una fiaba .... e non vorresti più andar via!!! Non ci sono parole per ringraziare Laura per la gentilezza la professionalità e la cordialità dimostrata!!! Da consigliare?.... Assolutamente SI!!! Pure relaxation, only the pleasant sounds of nature in a delightfully welcoming location. Upon arrival Laura welcomes you with the smile of a family member who hasn't seen you for some time. During your stay you feel pampered just like at home, with a very rich breakfast: cakes, pies, bread, all made by hand. The rooms equipped with every comfort are little jewels with comfortable and spacious bathrooms. Upon departure .... well !, aware of having lived in a fairy tale .... and you would never want to leave !!! There are no words to thank Laura for the kindness, professionalism and friendliness shown !!! To be recommended? .... Absolutely YES !!!

Poche camere ma spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Nella struttura sono presenti anche una sala comune per gli ospiti, dotata di televisione e divani, e la sala delle colazioni, dove ogni giorno vengono servite torte fatte in casa, pane ai cereali sempre fatto in casa accompagnato dalle composte di frutta, creme alla nocciola e infusi naturali. Laura è una ragazza squisita, cordiale e molto disponibile. Una piccola perla in un piccolo paradiso. Super consigliato! The Agrifoglio is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, where it stands in its two-story structure. Few but spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. Impeccable cleanliness. In the structure there is also a common room for guests, equipped with television and sofas, and the breakfast room, where homemade cakes are served every day, homemade cereal bread accompanied by fruit compotes, hazelnut creams and natural infusions. Laura is an exquisite girl, friendly and very helpful. A small pearl in a small paradise. Super recommended!

La struttura è molto bella, moderna e accogliente. Al mattino si possono anche gustare delle ottime torte per colazione, o comunque varie tipologie di colazioni, all'interno di una grande sala. La struttura è immersa in un bosco, presentandosi quindi in uno scenario particolare e suggestivo, quasi da favola. Kira, la simpatica cagnolina, vi verrà a prendere al cancello non appena arrivati. Consiglio il B&B L'Agrifoglio - Villa Francesca a tutti, famiglie e ragazzi. Se si cerca il relax e la gentilezza è il posto ideale. At B&B L'Agrifoglio we felt at home. Laura, the owner, welcomed us like old friends, making us feel completely at ease. The structure is very beautiful, modern and welcoming. In the morning you can also enjoy excellent cakes for breakfast, or at least various types of breakfasts, in a large room. The structure is immersed in a forest, thus presenting itself in a particular and suggestive scenario, almost fabulous. Kira, the nice little dog, will pick you up at the gate as soon as you arrive. I recommend the B&B L'Agrifoglio - Villa Francesca to everyone, families and kids. If you are looking for relaxation and kindness it is the ideal place.
