★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parlato più volte al telefono con il Sig. Enrico per visitare la struttura perchè avevo la necessità di affittarla per due mesi da fine marzo a fine maggio, ho visitato la struttura con la figlia, mi ha fatto vedere la parte sotto, una camera da letto con angolo cottura ed un bagno, mi è stato detto che i due suoi cani sono femmine e sarebbero andate d'accordo con i miei cani maschi, dopo due giorni ho richiamato per confermare, mi è stato dato l'ok e di richiamare il giorno dopo per mettersi d'accordo. Ho richiamato il giorno dopo e mi è stato risposto che, anche se aveva preso un impegno con me, aveva preferito una prenotazione arrivata proprio quel giorno per tutta la struttura, confermata da 7 tedeschi che ovviamente avrebbero portato più soldi. Ho fatto presente l'impegno che aveva preso con me, visto che avrei avuto pochissimo margine di tempo per trovare una nuova struttura, mi è stato risposto "non ci posso fare niente". Veramente grande maleducato e senza senso civile. Pessimo comportamento e inaffidabile.
I talked several times on the phone with Mr. Enrico to visit the structure because I needed to rent it for two months from the end of March to the end of May, I visited the structure with his daughter, he showed me the part below, a bedroom bed with kitchenette and a bathroom, I was told that her two dogs are females and would get along with my male dogs, after two days I called back to confirm, I was given the ok and to recall the next day to agree. I called back the next day and was told that, even though he had made a commitment with me, he had preferred a reservation that arrived just that day for the whole structure, confirmed by 7 Germans who obviously would have brought in more money. I pointed out the commitment he had made with me, given that I would have had very little time to find a new structure, I was told "I can't do anything about it". Really big rude and without civil sense. Bad behavior and unreliable.
