★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Ho la vita rovinata da quando sono cliente di Azimut Benetti Spa, avendo acquistato un appartamento nel loro recente complesso immobiliare a fianco del cantiere di Livorno. L'immobile presenta numerosi difetti costruttivi, ma non c'è assistenza: rispondono solo per via legale.
Ma la cosa più grave è che il Comune di Livorno ha dichiarato la lottizzazione abusiva, inviando un'ordinanza di confisca. Io e altre 50 famiglie stiamo perdendo la casa e Azimut Benetti non fa niente per rimediare, tenendosi stretti i nostri soldi.
Non vedo come potrei essere contento di questa azienda.
Terrible. My life has been ruined since I have been a customer of Azimut Benetti Spa, having bought an apartment in their recent real estate complex next to the Livorno shipyard. The property has numerous construction defects, but there is no assistance: they respond only legally.
But the most serious thing is that the Municipality of Livorno has declared the illegal subdivision, sending a confiscation order. Me and 50 other families are losing their homes and Azimut Benetti does nothing to make up for it, holding on to our money.
I don't see how I could be happy with this company.
