Il personale commerciale è estremamente accomodante e impegnato ad accontentare al meglio il cliente, con onesta e professionalità!
Non posso che dare una valutazione TOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mio figlio a sottoporsi a una procedura per la quale mi hanno fatto pagare in anticipo. Poiché è molto piccolo ed era molto spaventato, non è stato possibile eseguire la procedura. Il dentista mi ha consigliato di andare d'un centro specializzato in bambini. Così ho chiesto il mio rimborso. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare fino a 90 giorni per riavere i soldi. Sono passati 90 giorni e niente soldi. Ho chiamato per sapere e mi hanno chiesto per un'altra settimana. È passata un'altra settimana e ancora niente. Ho chiamato di nuovo e mi hanno detto che avrebbero fatto un bonifico subito e che avrei dovuto aspettare tre giorni lavorativi. Ha trascorso i tre giorni lavorativi e niente. Sembra uno scherzo! È una ENORME mancanza di rispetto, una DISONESTÀ. Sembra che vogliano farti rinunciare. Allora cercherò i miei diritti perché non rinuncerò. È DA LUGLIO CHE ASPETTO PER RICEVERE IL MIO SOLDI! UN VERO ASSURDO!

The dentist advised me to go to a center that specializes in children. So I asked for my refund. I was told that I would have to wait up to 90 days to get the money back. It's a HUGE disrespect, a DISONESTY. It seems they want you to give up. Then I will look for my rights because I will not give up. I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO RECEIVE MY MONEY SINCE JULY! A TRUE ABSURD!
