Birre artigianali notevoli,accompagnate da una schiacciatina che ce ne vorrebbe un tir......incuriositi da il "fiadone" lo abbiamo assaggiato......una prelibatezza. Se ci aggiungi la pulizia e la gentilezza e disponibilità dei due ragazzi al banco.....le stelle dovrebbero essere sei

If you add the cleanliness and kindness and helpfulness of the two guys at the counter ..... the stars should be six

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena uscita adesso con un bel Vaffan.... da parte del camariere perche abbiamo presso 4 finti spritz, una scatoleta di nachos piccolissima pagati 34€, in più ci dovevamo portare i drink a tavola. Bagno in pessime condizioni.
Just went out now with a nice Vaffan .... from the camariere because we have at 4 fake spritz, a box of very small nachos paid € 34, plus we had to bring the drinks to the table. Bathroom in poor condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta in questo locale aperto da pochi mesi per un aperitivo serale ai tavolini esterni, vicino a siepi rinsecchite e un po troppo al buio. Ho apprezzato comunque molto la varietà di assaggini e tartine proposti, tutti bio e qualcuno adatto anche ai vegani ma alcuni erano proprio insipidi e solo belli a vedersi. Consiglio di assaggiare prima di servire e di curare un po di più l'allestimento esterno che è il più gettonato di questi tempi. Metto comunque un buon punteggio per la novità e perché finalmente anche a Livorno si può fare un buon apericena in stile milanese come me.
First time in this place opened a few months ago for an evening aperitif at the outdoor tables, near withered hedges and a little too dark. However, I really appreciated the variety of tastings and canapés offered, all organic and some also suitable for vegans but some were just bland and just beautiful to look at. I recommend tasting before serving and taking care of the external setting which is the most popular of these times. However, I put a good score for the novelty and because finally even in Livorno you can have a good Milanese-style aperitif like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo splendido bar gestito all'insegna dell'alimentazione sana, come suggerisce il nome, è splendidamente gestito da personale oltremodo cortese e l'atmosfera del locale è rilassante e gradevole grazie anche al gradevole ed elegante arredamento.
Non ne conoscevo l'esistenza, e credo che d'ora in avanti lo frequenterò con piacere, anche perché ho trovato particolarmente delicati e saporiti i prodotti offerti, sia dolci che salati.

This splendid bar managed with a healthy diet, as the name suggests, is beautifully managed by extremely courteous staff and the atmosphere of the place is relaxing and pleasant thanks also to the pleasant and elegant furnishings.

Stopped for a quick break and was surprised how cozy it is, plus it has lot of options! Bowls, coffees, cakes, etc. Vegan options as well!
